Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, el tamaño de la habitación, la limpieza , la alberca.

Cons:

Un poquito mas de confort en las camas, y la salida (chek out) muy temprano(11), debería ser a las 12 pm mínimo

Excelente opción para visitar el zócalo de la CDMX
Pros:

El hotel se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, a unas calles del zócalo de la CDMX. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. Cuentan con una cocineta para preparar alimentos, un frigobar, utensilios de cocina, un espacio de guarda ropa. El baño es muy amplió, limpio y cómodo. La cama y el sofá son excelentes para descansar y dormir. Me hospede en la habitación con terraza y fue de lo mejor la vista hacia la torre latino. Y el personal de lo mejor que me ha tocado en varios hoteles. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, seguro que volveré muy pronto.

Muy buen lugar y excelente ubicación
Pros:

El personal es muy amable y muy atentos, nos ayudaron en todo. La ubicación es increible, puedes andar a pie, transporte público, plataformas y cualquiera funciona. Tiene un patio interior muy lindo y las habitaciones amplias

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación no es diaria, y si la quieres así es costo extra. Todo estaba muy limpio, solo una limpiadita al extractor del baño lo haría funcionar mejor

Emplacement exceptionnel
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel. Plein centre du quartier historique. Best place pour visiter Mexico .
Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable . Présence 24h/24 pour nous ouvrir la porte ouverte si questionnement .
La chambre était propre et spacieuse avec accès sur la terrasse . Bien équipée .

Cons:

Magnifique ascenseur à l"ancienne mais porte bruyante surtout gênant la nuit . Quartier bruyant .
Le canapé lit pour notre fille non préparé à notre arrivée (et cassé). Le Monsieur nous a donné les draps pour faire nous même le lit .

Pros:

El alojamiento está súper bien ubicado, la habitación era enorme y no le faltaba detalle.

Mención especial a Willy y a José (de recepción) por lo bien que nos trataron y lo atentos que fueron con nosotras.

VIAJE POR CONCIERTO
Pros:

Muy bien lugar, muy bonito, económico y amplio.Te dan un pequeño desayuno o aperitivo al día siguiente lo cual me encanto, te dan jugo de naranja, galletas, café, agua, manzanas. Hay máquinas expendedoras y el servicio muy amable

Las instatalciones amplias y bien cuidadas.
Una localizacion muy cerca de muchas atracciones.

Cons:

Al estar al lado de un estacionamiento, se oye ruido desde la mañana a las 11 pm.
Las maquinas de cafe y sodas estan sin servicio.
La limpieza es cada 2 dias...

Great stay
Pros:

Great hotel, super clean and the staff especially were very nice and accommodating! We felt very welcomed and taken care of. There is someone 24/7 at the front and felt safe going in and out at night. (Ladies use uber at night) The rooms are huge and have all amenities. Super quiet as well. It’s located in a decent area and we had no problems, we used taxi/uber the most but there is a metro station nearby. Definitely recommend!

Todo muy bien, en especial la atención de las 2 personas en recepción una en cada horario, hubo algún tema pero ellos lo solucionaron inmediatamente, muy satisfecho y en especial con el personal, te hacen sentir muy bien
