לא היו חלונות חיצוניים רק חלונות פנימיים, זרם המים חלש, ומים חמים לא תמיד יש הם באים והולכים
Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue excelente, pero sin duda lo mejor fue la atención de su personal. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad, cordialidad y disposición de José Luis y William, quienes siempre están en el lobby con una sonrisa y amabilidad, atentos a ayudar a los huéspedes en todo lo que necesiten. Su calidez y excelente servicio hacen que la estadía sea mucho más agradable y demuestran un verdadero compromiso con la atención al cliente. Felicitaciones al hotel por contar con personas tan valiosas en su equipo.
Si bien está muy bien ubicado porque se encuentra todo lo necesario, hay mucha congestión en las vías cercanas por los vendedores que se ubican en las calles

בחדר היו כירים אינדוקציה שהסירים בחדר לא יכולים לעבוד עליה, כדי להבין שאת המים במקלחת צריך להפעיל יחד עם המים בברז היה צריך לקרוא למישהו מן הצוות. הקומוניקציה עם צוות שאינם דוברים אנגלית היא חמודה דרך הגוגל, אבל לוקחת הרבה זמן. איבדנו מפתח, נקנסו ב500 פזות וסרבו לתת לנו קבלה.

外観は歴史を感じますが、室内は洗練されており天井が高く広い部屋で素敵でした。
This is a great development of an old hardware department store. A lot of original features in the common areas have been retained internally and externally and it is good that a developer looked to reuse the old building in an innovative and attractive way. We appreciated the care and attention that had gone into the design and use of common space and that they had not compromised on the spaciousness of the rooms. The common areas were well looked after by the team and the roof top pool was a bonus - although the water was very cold - but there were towels and loungers. A nice touch.
The individual rooms, situated around 2 central 'courtyards' on the top two floors, were clean and spacious. Well decorated, stylish and well furnished, it was a home away from home. It was also good to have cooking facilities but it would have been good to have a kettle as it took ages to boil water for a cup of tea in a microwave. The common areas were well looked after by the team and the small scale breakfast was appreciated.
We appreciated the attentive reception staff on the ground floor who in two shifts were on duty for what we took to be 24 hours. They were helpful with luggage and in showing us round the apartment.
The location was OK - being in the central area, and close to Zocolo, but during the day it was quite noisy and at night a bit scuzzy.
There were a few things that could be improved: the pool would be better used if was heated, as it was very cold in May. We weren't sure about the value of the breakfast; it was nice to have but was it necessary? Better orange juice and individual pots of yoghurt would have been a good addition. In the room we would have liked a couple of case stands, and a kettle., and although we were not expecting hotel room cleaning, (bed linen, towels etc), we had expected that the rubbish in kitchen could have been cleared every other day - ie water/drinks bottles?
For English speakers, the big draw-back was the fact that none of the reception teams could speak English. We manged with Google translate but it was long winded and wasn’t perfect - looking at someone elses's phone, so there was some misunderstanding. With the welcome/induction, there was a lot to remember. A simple solution would be that a welcome summary could be written, translated into various languages and left as a couple of laminated sheets in each room. This would save time and avoid potential confusion. We noted that that the maintenance guy (pool, plants common areas) spoke great English and we think that he should be used as part of the front desk team
We encountered significant problems on our last day (partial lock down of the centre of the city, including the apartment) which might have been reduced if we had had information from the front desk (maybe they were unaware of baricades) and communication in English. But we accept that we cannot expect everyone to speak English although throughout our travels in Mexico this was the first place where English was not spoken in tourist places.

La piscina estaba bien sucia y amarilla. No nos metimos porque nos dio pendiente de moe.

The check in staff, Jose Luis , was very helpful. We arrived at 7am for the World Cup game. Although check in wasn't until 1pm, he offered to store our luggage. That was a huge relief for us. Thank you Jose Luis for going above and beyond for us.
Everything was great!! Rooms were clean and very spacious. A light continental breakfast was a plus.
