The facility by itself does not qualify to be rated 4 stars. It's fairly 2 stars or at most 3 based on my previous experiences. Following are some points backing my statement:
1- The bedsheets were most probably not replaced before we check in. There was hair on it.
2- The room is so tiny.
3- The bathroom and shower design is a catastrophe. The bathroom becomes all wet no matter how you try to avoid getting water outside the shower zone.
4- Towels supply is extremely scarce. For two persons, we were barely having a small towel for the feets and two mid-sized ones for shower. Forget about a hand towel and just use one of those you used for your body. To be fair, the staff were willing to provide towels but seems there are no enogh quantity. We once asked to replace the dirty ones and had to wait a couple of hours because there was no clean ones available. Note that you have to sacrifice one towel getting drenched to remove the water from the ground.
5- Girls bring your hair conditioner with you.
6- The air conditioner was noisy and the power socket on my side of the bed was not working.
7- The breakfast is not on the rooftop as advertised. You reach the entrance of the nearby Ailana Hotel from the basement of Alena for the breakfast
8- Although satisfactory, the breakfast items are expected to be better for a 4 stars hotel. Processed cheese only (except feta which is a low quality kind) and meat-based items are almost absent. Only twice during our stay there was a sausage based dish. The rest is cooked tomatos, mashed potatoes, eggplant, etc.
9- The stairs look like the hotel is still under construction. The glass façade seems never been cleaned.
10- The pool on the rooftop is tiny. Suitable for a couple of adults and a few kids.

There was no restaurant for room service. Swimming pool was small.

The hotel hasn't been renovated in quite a while. Visually, everything looks neat, but for example, there was only one working outlet in the whole room.
After taking a shower, water flooded the entire bathroom floor — there were no floor towels provided. Walking just two meters to the bed left the bottoms of our feet completely black, so apparently floor cleaning isn't a priority here.
All of this could be tolerated, if not for someone else's hair on the "clean" bed sheets. Sleeping in a used bed in a hotel is definitely crossing the line.
It was great that we asked to change rooms, and they let us do so without any issues, promising a clean one. Unfortunately, we ended up with pretty much the exact same problems in the new room (except for the hair). It’s hard to understand how this place got 4 stars

La clientèle est vraiment scandaleuse. Les gens ne respectent rien, sont très bruyants à 1-2h du matin et sont sales.

Das Badezimmer war dreckig: Haare und unsaubere Ecken. Außerdem gab es einige Kakerlaken im Zimmer.
Die Raumgröße war ebenfalls nicht korrekt, da wir eigentlich über 20qm hätten haben müssen. Tatsächlich waren es ca. 15.
Das Frühstück bot zwar eine gute Auswahl. Das Essen war qualitativ aber nicht gut / lecker.
