Un tres bel établissement, à recommander
Pros:

Wahou, quel bel hôtel au calme! Tout est parfaitement propre, litterie confortable, douche avec jets, piscine (froide lors de notre sejour), petit déjeuner tres copieux en self service. A recommander
Ahmed, le seul réceptionniste parlant anglais est tres agréable et dntoujours disponible si besoin. Par contre en son absence, c est un peu plus compliqué malgré les traducteurs de téléphones.
Shampoing, gel douche et eau fournis.

Un personnel qui tente de bien faire mais un établissement qui ne tient pas ses promesses de standard qualité.

Le personnel essaye d’être efficace

Cons:

La clientèle est vraiment scandaleuse. Les gens ne respectent rien, sont très bruyants à 1-2h du matin et sont sales.

Nicht sauber und Beschreibung passt teilweise nicht

Das Personal hat sich bemüht und war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war dreckig: Haare und unsaubere Ecken. Außerdem gab es einige Kakerlaken im Zimmer.
Die Raumgröße war ebenfalls nicht korrekt, da wir eigentlich über 20qm hätten haben müssen. Tatsächlich waren es ca. 15.
Das Frühstück bot zwar eine gute Auswahl. Das Essen war qualitativ aber nicht gut / lecker.

Pros:

Pokój był czysty i wygodny. Posiadał wszystko czego potrzeba. W hotelu jest basen i sauna, z której mimo późnej godziny pozwolono nam skorzystać bo było bardzo miłe ze strony personelu

Cons:

Mein Verlobungsring, den ich während des Strandtages am Tisch liegen gelassen habe, war plötzlich nicht mehr da. Ich bin zur Rezeption, aber die Hilfe, die ich bekam, war gleich Null. Sie meinten nur, ob ich ordentlich gesucht habe und das war es. Es gibt Kameras am Gang, sie hätten den Täter/die Täterin einfach identifizieren können - Haben sie aber nicht gemacht!!!

Abgesehen davon war der Boden seeeeehr schmutzig und wurde nicht gereinigt! Unsere Tochter (1 Jahr alt) krabbelte am Boden und die Strumpfhosen waren dermaßen schmutzig!!

Wat een service
Pros:

Wat een ontzettend lieve medewerkers. Bij de ontvangst, de check-in, beneden bij de dode zee en bij het ontbijt. Wat een toppers!

Cons:

Niets. We waren wel in het laagseizoen. Het was dus lekker rustig.
