It was okay but could have been better
Pros:

I liked that the property was central and close to shops and the local university in that sense it was amazing

Cons:

- The service I had received when I had checked into the hotel they did not know I had a late check in and were confused for a while I was exhausted after travelling for 12 hours.

- The room I was in was not properly constructed, like when it rained the ceiling moved in the bathroom which shook me up badly and when I went downstairs to talk to the reception lady she was rude and dismissive and not apologetic at all.

- The hotel breakfast was really bad I did not like it at all it added an extra cost I had not accounted for which was finding breakfast as well because I did not see a wide varied foods especially for someone like me who has food allergies

Pros:

we really enjoyed our stay!! the room was very clean and we had a wonderful view from the window. the breakfasts were absolutely fine and had everything we needed

the hotel is located close to the city center and there is also a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. the bus station was like a 10 min walk away

a huge thank you to the hotel staff, especially Dragan, for making our stay as comfortable as possible and always being happy to help:))) we truly appreciate the kindness and we hope to come back some time

Convenient location, improvements are needed in cleanliness, food service, and vegetarian options
Pros:

The best part of this hotel was definitely the location. My workshop venue was only about a 5–10 minute walk away, which was extremely convenient. There is also a grocery store in the same building, which was helpful. I understand the neighborhood is still developing, so the surroundings may improve over time.

Cons:

One important thing to note is that the hotel restaurant does not have a kitchen, and this should be clearly mentioned on the website. They only provide breakfast, with very few or almost no vegetarian choices available. The staff were also not always able to clearly explain which food items were vegetarian and which were not. Since there is no proper food service at the hotel, guests have to rely on nearby restaurants. This can become difficult, especially for late-night arrivals. The hotel could also improve cleanliness and overall food arrangements, particularly for vegetarian guests.
