Pros:

Breakfast was OK, although I would have expected eggs, such as scrambled eggs or an option for an omelette. Place was clean, but a little too slow as students were in training and there was No adult supervisor on duty.

Improovements considered
Cons:

The staff should put more attention on how to politely address the guests. In fact the staff were both at the bar and the reception. I have returned the room key and the staff only said: " That's all".
Next time they can perhaps ask everything is ok, did you like the stay? etc

Pros:

The reception is phenomenally nice. They helped me book my taxi and even rearranged a new one as the previous one was too expensive and only take cash.

Ein ganz normales Hotel mit Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist direkt in der Stadt, Cafes drum herum und der Fluss. Mit Blick auf den Bergen. War ein gutes Hotel. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel! Das Frühstück war reichhaltig für ein Landeskategorie Hotel.

Cons:

Personal war nicht sofort an der Rezeption.! Sonst freundliches Personal.

It was okay but could have been better
Pros:

I liked that the property was central and close to shops and the local university in that sense it was amazing

Cons:

- The service I had received when I had checked into the hotel they did not know I had a late check in and were confused for a while I was exhausted after travelling for 12 hours.

- The room I was in was not properly constructed, like when it rained the ceiling moved in the bathroom which shook me up badly and when I went downstairs to talk to the reception lady she was rude and dismissive and not apologetic at all.

- The hotel breakfast was really bad I did not like it at all it added an extra cost I had not accounted for which was finding breakfast as well because I did not see a wide varied foods especially for someone like me who has food allergies
