Un riad beau, spacieux, traditionnel, avec une équipe aux petits soins, et qui jouit d’un emplacement optimal.
Pros:

Le cadre et le style du lieu (un vrai riad marocain avec une fontaine au milieu, sérénité, calme, beauté, les oiseaux qui chantent toute la journée du matin au soir, …)
L’emplacement vis-à-vis du reste de Marrakech (les souks de la médina peuvent se faire à pieds très facilement, le reste de la ville est accessible en taxi pour quelques dirhams ; se situe juste devant un EXCELLENT restaurant rooftop (Chez Zaza) )
La propreté de notre chambre (le personnel de ménage est EXTRÊMEMENT méticuleux et respectueux de nos possessions, la chambre était nickel chrome tous les jours)
L’immense gentillesse du personnel (au quotidien, et notamment une nuit à 3h du matin où ma compagne avait besoin d’un transport à l’hôpital en urgence, le personnel de garde cette nuit la a été d’une aide précieuse, extrêmement conciliant, et très bienveillant envers nous)

Cons:

Le pommeau et le robinet de douche mériteraient d’être juste un peu réparés (il peut être difficile de passer de l’un à l’autre) ; la douche était facilement bouchée (pas entièrement mais écoulement lent). Cela peut n’être spécifique qu’à la chambre que nous avons occupé, cela dit
Le petit déjeuner était un tout petit peu faible ; mais le thé à la menthe du matin est exceptionnel

Amazing Riad with fantastic staff
Pros:

Location fantastic, just off main square. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Staff can’t do enough for you, so helpful and friendly.
Rooftop terrace lovely and pool much needed to cool off

El hotel tiene todas las comodidades del mundo y lo recomiendo 100 % en todos los sentidos

Cons:

Mi puntuación baja por el hecho que hubo un día de excursión que pedimos expresamente el desayuno para llevar. Nuestra sorpresa fue al bajar que el señor de recepción se le había olvidado por completo. Normalmente te gustaría que hubieran tenido algún detalle pero no fue así.

Ottima posizione, staff gentile e semore disponibile, riad tipico, bello, con una bella terrazza. Camera tipica che affaccia all'interno, letto comodo. Bella terrazza, colazone abbondante e buona; anche il ristorante ha piatti tipici ben cucinati. Molto gentile anche lo staff del ristorante. La mattina della partenza pruma dell'orario della colazoone ci hanno preparato una colazione al sacco. Comoda anche la navetta

Biancheria un po vecchia e lisa, anche con qualche strappo.
