Clean, very spacious rooms, amazing gardens and views. Impressive foyer and natural lighting. Lovely indoor swimming pool.
- I think the price is more than the stay is worth
- Although spa is nice, you had to pay extra to use the indoor heated pool and steam room. Pool is available outside but not heated and extremely cold.
- Waiters in the restaurant were nice but quick to cut me off mid sentence multiple times when talking about my severe peanut allergy and almost seemed irritated when I tried to clarify about whether there is a possibility of cross contamination.
It left me feeling quite anxious during meal times and feeling like I couldn’t ask more questions as I was cut off previously.
Answers often directed to my boyfriend even though I was the one that had the allergy.
I feel for a 5 star hotel they should be allowing customers to finish their sentences when it comes to their concerns about a life threatening allergy and perhaps have further allergy training.
Often guessed what was in the food and one waitor was pushing me to order before actually asking the chef if there were peanuts in the meal and had different answers every time I asked him the ingredients in the meal. Again, seemed irritated when I was trying to clarify things or ingredients in meals, didn’t seem to like me asking more questions and was often cut off and just told not to worry when I tried to clarify things.
The buffet breakfast did not have allergens labelled on the foods that were laid out but when asking staff in the morning they were quite happy to check with the chef if there were nuts in the food, but I was a bit surprised that there was no offer to make something fresh to ensure no cross contamination.
I feel for a 5 star hotel allergy awareness is lacking- particularly the risk of cross contamination. No guest should be cut off mid sentence when trying to explain the severity of their allergy when there is a risk that they could have a fatal reaction if there is even a small amount of cross contamination.
Stunning setting and wonderful hotel! Very big and comfortable room with good bathroom. Very helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant was really good! Pool area was beautiful- pool slightly cold but still lovely! Alpacas and lamas in the property were very cool to see!

Das Hotel ist super schön gelegen mit wunderbarer Aussenanlage samt Alpakas zum Streicheln. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Sowohl Frühstück, als auch Abendessen waren lecker.
Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, also etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Das ist für einen entspannten Aufenthalt super, um mal schnell in die Stadt zu gehen weniger.
Las comida, desayuno, almuerzo y cena 10 Puntos. Excelente tienen un chef o chefs top!. El servicio de atencion muy atentos y amables en todo momento, se nota que atiendne con pasion no por una remuneracion

El hotel ofrece una tranquilidad única, rodeado de naturaleza que invita a la conexión y al descanso. Cuenta con áreas ideales para caminar, relajarse o disfrutar de la piscina en un entorno natural y armonioso.
En general, mi estadía fue muy cómoda. La secadora de cabello no funcionaba, un detalle menor que podría mejorarse, pero que en absoluto opacó la grata experiencia en el lugar.
The hotel is situated at a very peaceful and beautiful location. There are mountains and a river surrounded the hotel. The gardens, swimming pool and facilities are stunning. There are 6 alpacas wondering at the hotel which is lovely to engage with them. The food is good at the restaurant as we had two dinners at the hotel. Staff are very friendly and professional. Gery toured us around the hotel and patiently helped us whenever we seek his assistance. Lisbeth is very lovely who helped us along the way. It is a resort that we would love to return to…
