Pleasant stay!
Pros:

First, great location, more or less than 5 minutes away from the Tozai line, Kikusui station, which is located underneath a max value supermarket, easy for local shopping. Convenient store just across the street for a midnight or any time cravings or need.

The hotel itself is comfortable, I booked a room in their new building next to the main building, very clean, the digital door is convenient for easy access. The staff were nice, I was there for a business trip, and needed to iron my clothes, they were very kind to lend me the iron with a board for my whole stay! Requested a full room service since I had a long stay, and it was excellent. They have in-building coin laundry and dryer, so useful for a long stay in this summer heat and humidity. Too bad, I was too busy, didnt get the chance to have breakfast or dine in their cafe, but it looked very cozy. Check-in and check out was made easy too.

Overall it was a nice stay, definitely recommending this place, not only here but also to friends and family who plan to come to Sapporo.

Cons:

It's not the hotel itself, but just some other occupants making repeating knocking noise in the middle of the night, weird 😅

Pros:

カフェにはたくさんの本があり、ゆっくり過ごせました。

Cons:

森彦のホテルとしての美しさや世界観を期待していただけに、残念に感じる点が多くありました。

建築や内装、家具の配置、空気感をはじめ、室内着、清掃、食事、プライバシーへの配慮、商品の品質など、全体的に期待とのギャップを感じました。

スタッフの皆さんは一生懸命対応されていましたが、全体としては研修中のような印象を受け、運営面での混乱も感じられました。
