Ein perfekter Aufenthalt, den wir gerne in bester Erinnerung behalten werden!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ausgezeichnete Frühstück das in dieser Hotelkategorie wohl seines Gleichen sucht. Die Auswahl war vielfältig, die Qualität der Speisen hervorragend und alles wurde stets frisch und ansprechend präsentiert. So konnte jeder Tag perfekt beginnen.
Ebenso beeindruckt hat uns das Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter/-innen waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.
Man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut. Auf Wünsche wurde schnell und unaufgeregt reagiert, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den großartigen Service.
Da wir öfters wegen Besuchs von Familienangehörigen nach Konstanz kommen und Privatunterkünfte mittlerweile auch ihren Preis verlangen, kommen wir gerne wieder in das Aqua Hotel und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Seite hin, auf der in der Nachbarschaft regelmäßig Sportkurse mit Musik abgehalten wurden. Bereits am frühen Morgen waren die Anweisungen des Trainers sowie die Musik deutlich zu hören, was die Erholung etwas eingeschränkt hat.

Angenehm, freundlich, alles da was man braucht.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr charmant eingerichtet und die Zimmergröße vergleichsweise großzügig. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut. Beim Einchecken habe ich an der Rezeption eine Karte für Bus/Bahn für die Aufenthaltszeit bekommen, damit ist die etwas abseitige Lage des Hotels kein Problem, der Bus ist um die Ecke und fährt alle 30 Minuten. Parken am Hotel für 10€/ Tag, allerdings kann man auch an der Straße parken.

Cons:

Betten: Matratze hart, dies ist aber individuell.
Zimmersafe: Bedienung unverständlich, Display schaltet sich aus irgendwelchen Gründen bei der Bedienung ab, man versucht es minutenlang zu aktivieren.
