Très bien placé, personnel très agréable piscine super, accès à la plage rapide, chambre propre et services de nettoyage très bien et agréable , buffet correct

Cons:

Lit trop dur, animateurs très bien mais peut être trop insistant pour participer l' après midi quand on veut être tranquille, spa bien sauf quand la masseuse écrit des messages avec son téléphone pendant le massage

L'hôtel est très beau, les piscines sont super le petit déjeuner est royal et l'emplacement est merveilleux.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de frigo dans la chambre c'est vraiment dommage, la climatisation de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas et la baignoire devait avoir une fuite car il y avait de l'eau partout par terre malgré le rideau.
Attention au magasin qui se trouve dans l'hôtel, c'est un voleur !!!!!
Mon mari a acheté un short de bain 15€ qui n'a même pas tenu 24h et quand on l'a ramené pour le changer, c'était de notre faute car soit disant mon mari ne l'a pas utilisé correctement.....une honte......

Superbes journées, mais horribles nuits

•les animations (les animateurs ainsi que les activités proposées)
•la piscine très grande, toujours de la place aux transats (attention au carrelage glissant)
•le service au bar et au restaurant

Cons:

• La réception!! Nous n’avons reçu aucune information à l’arrivée, nous avons dû demander les clés de la chambre et trouver par nous même la chambre. Aucune amabilité de leur part avec une impression de les déranger..
Après un bruit parasite constaté dans la chambre dès la première nuit qui nous a empêché de dormir, nous avons avertis la dame de la réception (qu’on avait encore l’impression de déranger) et celle-ci a envoyé quelqu’un vérifier. Ces personnes n’ont rien trouvé, ont considéré que la chambre était « hantée » et donc ont quitté la chambre précipitamment sans rien nous dire… En attendant, le bruit persistait et aucune alternative ne nous a été proposée. Après analyse, le bruit venait de la chaise de bureau que nous avons laissé sur le balcon (peut être des mites qui rongent le bois)
• chambres : vétustes, climatisation absente malgré la chaleur insoutenable, literie trop dure, absence de frigo, échantillon gel douche jamais renouvelé, balcon inutilisable (chaque jour, un nouveau nid de pigeons..) et sans mentionner ces mêmes oiseaux qui chantent la sérénade à 4h du matin nous réveillant systématiquement..
• Wifi pas très fonctionnel (même à la réception)

Molto bello. Lo consiglio senza dubbio
Pros:

Piscina top con scivoli da parco acquatico, bar in piscina, animazione e possibilità di attività nel mare di fronte (pagando gli extra), come giro in cavallo o cammello, moto d’acqua, kaysurf e giro in quod. Buffet a colazione e a cena super. C’è persino il negozio souvenir dentro e uno sportello ATM per ritirare contanti. Di pomeriggio ti mettono a disposizione crepe e tranci di pizza a volontà (senza ulteriori costi)

Non parlano italiano. Ma francamente non lo posso definire un vero e proprio demerito
