Solo la ubicación pues llegamos tarde y estaba cerca del aeropuerto
Que aqui lo manejan como que es un hotel y en realidad es un motel. En la reservación decia que l salida era entre 8 y 11 de la mañana y como era motel nos hicieron salirnos a las 6 de la mañana, no descansamos casi, pues había ruido. Entiendo que era un motel, pero entonces o no lo publiquen o publíquenlo como lo que es. Nosotros veniamos de viajar y lo que queríamos era descansar y ya a esa hora no nos ibamos a poner a buscar otro lugar. Nos respetron la reservación, pero nos dijeron que lo que dijera en booking no era cosa de ellos y no tenían porque respetarlo.

Everything beginning with the difficulty to find our reservation, to not being able to pay with card although I added my card when making reservation online, to the fact it’s a love hotel where rooms are being booked for a few hours, which gives you not the best feeling of living in such room. We didn’t have an option to find another place as it was night time and we needed to move to another place the next day. The room was not very clean, the bedsheets had spots on them, there were lots of mosquitoes and the AC was working on only one mode which felt like freezing (but if you turned it off it would immediately get really hot). The pictures are probably since opening and now it looks much worse. Don’t let the 9 stars fool you. P.S. Also the rooms dot have windows
