I’d come back again for sure!
Pros:

The staff were super friendly! They assisted me unconditionally and were very kind!

Cons:

I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like about the property.

Pros:

It is in the beating heart of Arusha and also close to the bus station. There are plenty of locals around at day and at reasonalble night hours, so I felt safe strolling along just by myself in the surrounding area and get some street food.
The hotel staff was w.r.t. tips and tricks very helpful and the local breakfast there was tasty.

Cons:

The muezzin from the mosque woke me up, but thats the same in wide parts of Tanzania.
The rooms are quite small, but its good vale for money when taking the location into consideration as well.

Great short stay before and after our safari
Pros:

We stayed at Rich Hotel Arusha twice — one night before heading out on safari and our last night before flying on to Nairobi. Daniel, the hotel manager, was friendly and helpful, and the rest of the staff were super kind as well. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good too. In short, everything you need for a short stay. Would happily stay here again.
