Pros:

Jimmy, the owner, Is a lovely person and very accommodating. After enjoying a beautiful night, I asked booking.com to extend it another night. Unfortunately, there was no room at the "inn." 🤣
He showed me a nice passage to have a coffee in the morning and gave me access to a beach chair and towel. Even though I could not stay again. He offered all the help I needed.
I should have learned Spanish before my trip! I would suggest this place!

Cons:

The only thing I did not like is that they did not have room for me a second night.

Nice and comfy room near the beach (and a busy road)
Pros:

The room was very clean, comfortable, walking distance to the beach, and looked as advertised. It also had good sound insulation, which was essential as it was located along a 6-lane road.

Cons:

As soon as you step out the building main door, you're walking on a sidewalk, along a busy road. There are no next door businesses like cafes or restaurants. Mind you, it's not far, within a 5-10 minute walk, you got several choices, including a few by the beach.

Todo estupendo, además de tener un ubicación perfecta porque la playa justo estaba enfrente, el centro a 15/20 minutos andando que se puede ir perfectamente dando un paseo y no se hace largo, la habitación en perfectas condiciones, vistas perfectas, la cama muy cómoda, el baño muy limpio, habitacion muy amplia con aire acondicionado y una mini neverita estupenda, la tele es SMART, nada de ruido ni molestias y una cocina común con mucha variedad para desayunar o lo que sea. TODO PERFECTO!! Lo recomiendo al 100%
