Excelente Servicio, muy amables y todo segun lo que uno necesita
Pros:

la atención excelente, muy buena onda y preocupados de cada detalle. Las piezas muy cómodas con todo lo necesario. Desayuno excelente, a la chilena con huevos revueltos y pan fresco!. Te preguntaban todo el tiempo si necesitabas algo y estaban ahí para ayudar. Mantienen todo limpio y muy bonito, excelente ubicación al lado de la plaza de Villa Alegre.

Buen lugar para descansar.
Espacio preciso para pareja. Nosotros estábamos con un niño pequeño.
Muy buena ubicación cerca de locales de comida, supermercado y bancos. A una cuadra de la plaza de Villa Alegre. Y a 3 minutos a pie de museo.

Pros:

This hotel has a lovely environment. The owner Carlos was very warm and welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The Mexican restaurant that he recommended was great too.

It's a pleasant place to stay, quiete and with a very helpful staff.
Pros:

Quiete place with very nice and helpful staff. An old colonial house moved into a small comfortable hotel.

Cons:

The bedroom is dark.

Beautiful hotel with top class service
Pros:

My family spent a very comfotable night here. The rooms are bright and clean in a beautifully restored old house and grounds. Carlos and his family offered superb personal attention; we did not want for anything. The breakfast was delicious.
The town is a lovely old place with an interesting local museum very nearby.
In summary I would wholly recommend Los Artesanos to anyone stopping in Villa Alegre
