hotel overbooking issue — only happened in Bukhara
Pros:

Slippers as advertised on the listing can be provided — you just need to show staff the photo.

Cons:

Taken on its own, this stay would deserve an 8/10. Because of overbooking, I was moved to another hotel deep inside an alley for the first two nights. I had to repack and haul my luggage back here. The disruption to my schedule wore me out, leading to a terrible night’s sleep.

最终没有露宿街头。

Cons:

我提前一个半月订了这家2晚大床房和1晚双床房，结果店主说因为我在入住前一天没有在一个小时内回复他的欢迎邮件，第1个订单的房间已经无法提供，要求我取消订单。我没有同意取消订单，店主就把我带到了另一家位于几个拐弯口后巷子更深处的家庭旅馆， Booking都没有上架这家旅馆，条件当然也不如原来酒店，在我的坚持下才在原价基础上少收了4美元每晚。因为新旅馆的地点问题，我只能取消这 2晚晚间漫步的行程。为了解决酒店超售问题占用了我们很多时间，入住当天行程也被打乱。查看之前的评论才发现，这家已多次发生超售为其他酒店引流，这还不包括那些已经取消的订单。

Location is amazing right next to the main attractions, stuff was nice and let us do so early check in, hotel looks very nice and room is okay

Good option to explore Bukhara
Pros:

The bed was big (but hard). There was ac and a kettle. The bathroom was small but everything you needed and the shower was good. The location was good for walking to the various historic sites. There was a supermarket nearby and a cute bakery.

Cons:

The bed was hard (a common theme in Uzbekistan)

Pros:

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and cozy, the yard and the dining room were nice to chill.

Cons:

There was literally no internet connection, I stayed for 3 nights and I never got to use the wifi internet. I had to use my data. This caused me trouble.

Another very critical point is that there was no hot water (it was not even close to warm). I heard other guests complaining about the same problem.

The stuff was a bit slow when it came to requests (in 15 minutes, in 30 minutes, sometimes they forgot and I had to remind multiple times).

Good value & great location
Pros:

- Great location
- Clean
- Helpful staff
- Really affordable & good breakfast included
- Free water dispenser available

Cons:

- Bed was rock hard, my back hurt slightly - they should look into changing this
- saw 2/3 ants a couple of days by the bedside, other than that it was clean
- I stayed for 3 nights but no one came to clean my room once

Yatdıgın yer tahtanın üstu.üstüne şilte sermişler yatak yok.Kahvaltı kötü.calı#anın suçu değil..bir daha öyle bir otele düşmek istemem.ufak bir buzdolabı dahi yok.ketel yok vakat fincan var.Yani sınıfta kaldı.otele ilk gitdigimizde olanaklara bakmıyoruz.BU YANLIŞI YAPMAMALIYIZ.
