I like staff ( reception & house keeping ) & Spa services

The TV is very small, the room is old need to paint again, the walls are dirty & the shower needs to change and put new one

Cons:

It was very dirty. The AC gave us all sore throats and was very dusty. If you walked on the floor barefoot, you're feet turned black. We could hear the TV from the other room.

Nothing The worst hotel I have been ever staff is really have bad attitude noise from street and everything is so bad here first room I got was so dirty second room is so noise from street and staff not helping when j ask for second key they were shout on me if you not back it you will pay 200 baht and they were laughing at me i think they had to respect the guests there is no iron here and last thing on booking and agoda they put themselves as 5 stars and that not right they are 4 stars and for me 1 star is more on them I request to meet the manager they told me she is
not available will be here Monday???
I already checked out now even Monday sorry manager of hotel not here still

Pros:

Bien placé, à quelques minutes à pied d'un centre commercial. Et à 20 mn de l'aéroport (avant l'heure de pointe le matin).
Bel accueil.

Cons:

Déçus par rapport aux photos sur Booking. Petite piscine.
Pas de clim dans les parties communes (ascenseur, couloir...), excepté le rez-de-chaussée.
