Pros:

Le personnel est super gentil et arrangeant ils font tout pour aider. L hotel est hyper bien placé, 5 min de la gare et proche de toutes commodités. Le quartier de Ueno est top j y ai fait super rencontres de tout horizon. J ai enlevé une etoile juste pour la vu sur l autre batiment mais c est franchement pas dérangeant , ca garde une certaine intimité quand on ouvre les fenêtre pour aérer. Je reviendrai clairement dans cet hotel a mon prochain passage à Tokyo.

Pros:

Very close to ueno station, food, and shopping ameyoko area). Staff were very helpful. Room was quiet and large enough for us with 8 bags. Lots of storage area. Daily room cleaning.

Cons:

Bed/pillow weren't the most comfortable. I was in Japan 3 weeks in 9 hotels and only this one hurt my back and neck. I had to try 4 diff pillows until finding one that didnt hurt as bad.
