Jestem zauroczona tym miejscem. Wspaniała lokalizacja, dostępność miejsc parkingowych, czyste pokoje. Śniadania przeszły nasze najśmielsze oczekiwania. Smak, estetyka podania, różnorodność i ten plaster miodu-wow! A nade wszystko kulturalna, niezwykle pomocna i po prostu przemiła obsługa. Na pewno będę wracać :)

Dużym plusem hotelu jest jego położenie oraz zaplecze spa-wellness .
Bardzo miłe i pomocne panie sprzątające.

Dużym minusem jest brak w łazience grzejnika elektrycznego - sezon grzewczy dopiero przed nami,a niestety nie ma jak i gdzie wysuszyć stroi kąpielowych po pobycie na basenie/ w saunie czy w jacuzzi.
Obsługa recepcji niekompetentna i traktująca klientów jak zło konieczne. Po pytaniu gdzie znajduje się siłownia uzyskaliśmy informację,że jest na 1 piętrze i oczywiście można korzystać,poszliśmy zobaczyć i okazało się,że siłownia właśnie przechodzi remont- recepcja chyba powinna takie rzeczy wiedzieć.
Kolejna wtopa- środa godzina 13,poszliśmy na basen,do jacuzzi. Po około pół godzinie chcieliśmy skorzystać z saun, ale niestety te nie były włączone. Po pytaniu czemu sauny są nieczynne usłyszeliśmy,że nie zawsze są ludzie,ale mogą włączyć,trzeba tylko poczekać...
No tak,w hotelu nie było klientów...
