Cons:

W 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu przy śniadaniu powinna funkcjonować stacja live cooking. Za mały basen. Przestarzałe i zbyt ubogie wyposażenie pokoju.

Śniadania dość średnie, niemiła obsługa, dziecko celiakia - brak opcji bezglutenowej, pani w restauracji bardzo oburzona kiedy spytałam czy byłaby szansa na suchego naleśnika (a były z serem). Kilka razy wyrzuciło nam korki w pokoju. Brak jakichkolwiek zajęć dla dzieci.

Szczerze, bardzo nam się podobało i mogłabym tam wrócić.
Pros:

Piękny hotel ogólnie, najbardziej podobały się nam śniadania, naprawdę na wysokim poziomie, smacznie i różnorodnie. Nie korzystaliśmy z Wellnes ale po wejściu do obiektu był przyjemny zapach.

Cons:

Nie podobało nam się, że musieliśmy upomnieć się o wymianę ręczników i wodę, ale być może taka jest polityka hotelu i to że zadano nam pytanie czy posprzątać pokój, hotel 5 ⭐️..ale może takie zasady.

We rceived a room (117) that dedicated for invalid people. So, there wasn't a glass door in the shower. All the floor of the bathroom was full of water. So, i used towels to remove the water. I don't think that when you came for vacation that the way to spend your time! When i came to the reservation desk and demand to replace the room the answer was that there is no available room. The room service suplied me spare towels in order to use it for the cleaning..... on the next day i asked again to change the room because i almost felt when i used the shower. The answer was that the hotel is fully booked and that half of the standart rooms are with open space in the bathroom without a glass door that avoid the water from the floor all over the bathroo. !!!! Now the room service supplied a ruber matt in order to avoid slippery... i am sure that in other 5 star hotels all over the world they will upgrade the room in case they don't have available standart room!

Ładne miejsce, ale godziny pracy dla Emerytów.
Pros:

Jakość wyposażenia hotelu bardzo dobra. Czysto i dobre jedzenie. Dobra lokalizacja i ładny widok na jezioro.

Cons:

1. Restauracja czynna tylko do 21:00 w piątek, a kuchnia przyjmuje zamówienia tylko do 20-tej - to niedopuszczalne.
2. Doba hotelowa kończy się za wcześnie - tylko 11:00. Uważam że powinna być minimum do 12:00.
3. Basen i sauna czynne tylko do 20:00 - uważam że powinny być do 22:00.

Pobyt przyjemny ale standard pokoi do poprawy.
Pros:

Podstawowym atutem hotelu jest lokalizacja i pyszne śniadania.
Wrażenie robi także okalająca hotel zieleń która wręcz stanowi element architektury.

Cons:

Przydzielony nam pokój był nieposprzątany. Poplamione firany, wszędzie była solidna warstwa kurzu. Także balkon z przecudownym widokiem na jezioro nie nadawał się do użytku - wszędzie kurz, barierka zabrudzona ptasimi odchodami, poducha na bujanym fotelu brudna, porwana, cała w pyle z drzew - nie nadająca się po prostu do użytku.
Kolejnym problemem jest łazienka - zażółcona przez rdzę i zniszczona toaleta, cieknący i ziszczony prysznic - całość wymagająca wymiany.
