Amazing !
Pros:

Abulaziz at the reception has been extremely helpful and resourceful in arranging all bookings - tours, taxis. We love the stay here. Convenient for nearby spots.

L'hotel è molto bello, ha uno splendido giardino all'ingresso. Ottima posizione, tra la zona storica e quella nuova. Buonissima colazione. Un grazie particolare ad Abdulaziz ed ai suoi collaboratori per la gentilezza e la disponibilità nel fornirci indicazioni e supporto. Mi hanno anche fatto una bellissima sorpresa: oggi è il giorno del mio compleanno e mi hanno portato la torta con la candelina per festeggiare. Grazie. Assolutamente consigliato.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Very nice staff and beautiful garden. Big room. As we departed very early, they gave us a nice breakfast to go. Good location, close to a metro.

Cons:

Our room was a bit outdated, especially the bathroom was not such in a good shape. And there was a bit of a weird smell inside.

Beautiful hotel near Chorsu Bazaar
Pros:

Beautiful hotel close to Chorsu Bazaar. I recommend the superior rooms for a stay in their yurts. The staff (Abdulaziz) were also incredibly friendly and accommodating.

I had a wonderful stay at Mirzo Hotel and would definitely recommend it. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the location was excellent. Most of the city’s main attractions were within walking distance, which made exploring very convenient.

A special thank you to the receptionist, Abdulaziz, who made our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and always willing to help. He answered all of our questions and even explained things twice to make sure we understood everything. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out.

Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality!

Great properly in the best position at a reasonable price
Pros:

The property is in a great position . It close to the new parts of the city and historic sites.It is a relaxing oasis away from the bustle of Tashkent . The staff including Abdulaziz gave great service and advice . Breakfast was excellent . Hard to fault .

Отель понравился - очень спокойно и уютно. За свою цену, как мне кажется, в плане расположения, уровня сервиса лучше не найти. Отдельно хочу отметить, отношение персонала, а именно менеджера Абдельазиза - он нас встретил, проконсультировал и в целом, в процессе проживания оставил только приятные впечатления

Pros:

Beautiful building with great location, near the Chorsu Bozor.
Nice breakfast. They allowed me to leave my luggage until my departure time after check-out.

Cons:

The service could improve a bit more - they forgot to bring me a key which I was waiting for a while, never came to check the trouble in the bathroom (the water kept running the whole time) both of which they promised to do (but some of the staff were very nice and kind).
Although I was grateful that they upgraded my room, a bit disappointed it wasn't clean enough.

very nice hotel in the center of Tashent
Pros:

We stayed 3 days and were very happy here. The room was very close to Chorsu market and metro. Our flight left at 02:30 in the morning and for a 1/2 day price they allowed us to stay in the room until 23:00 which was a great relief to us. The room was cleaned daily and they always replenished water. The courtyard is private and quiet and overall the stay was very nice
