Not bad for price, nice staff, breakfast free but sparse
Pros:

Friendly staff, central location. Quiet. Enough parking. Hot shower good pressure.

Cons:

TV didn’t work, breakfast was marginal. Not enough coffee for stay. Some appliances needed upkeep. No ice machine. Couch not comfortable

I like the spaciousness of the suite, but I am not sure I would stay again
Pros:

I thought the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was also plenty of parking.

Cons:

I checked in with four people and there were only two towels provided for our room. When visiting the front desk to get more towels I was told they were in the washer and I would need to come back or there weren't any at all (visited multiple times). We had to share a towel in our group. I wasn't the only one, several guests were at the front desk looking for towels. Also it was not very clean. The main amenities were such as the beds, shower and toilet. Opened the drawers in the bathroom and there was hair from previous guests, I moved the couch to plug in a lamp and there was trash behind it. My son used the pull out, there were no sheets or blankets provided. I had to go to the front desk again to ask for those. The couch folded onto the ground and was very hard to sleep on.

Good location for USF graduation
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of convenient parking. The room was clean and enjoyed having a kitchen space.

Cons:

There was no service to clean room or make beds or clean towels and we were there for 3 nights

Need some upgrades
Pros:

The location was great, the staff was very nice and professional.

Cons:

The bed, pillows, linens and towels were not comfortable and need to be replaced with new ones, they showed signs of wear and were dingy. The carpet throughout needed to be replaced with laminated wood or tile.

Pros:

Everything!!! From the front desk personnel, to the Maintenance Department, to the spotless, spa ious suite with full kitchen, to the amazing Cafe/Bar with a very diverse menu, to the beautiful outdoor seating area. Everything was BEYOND perfect!!!

That we couldn't stay longer.

Completely worth the value and cost
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and upbeat. The room was clean and you could tell that they were trying to make it even better of a property.

Cons:

I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like about the property. I just thought that it’s more of a no-frills property and I respect that.

Room was adequate and we had a good stay.
Pros:

Liked the suite arrangement. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

No one cleaned the room or replaced towels. There was only 1 bath towel and we had to call to get a hairdryer.

Very comfortable suites, great location and price
Pros:

Loved the location. Easy to find. Also, although we didn’t use, loved that there was a bar/restaurant on property

Cons:

Our room (228) had a mildew smell and was a bit damp. So it was hard to get to a comfortable temperature in the room- as it stayed humid.
