Krásný pobyt s nesolidní tečkou .
Pros:

Samotný pobyt v hotelu se mi moc líbil. Hotel je pěkný, čistý a služby na místě byly v pořádku. Výborná večeře i snídaně formou bufetu.

Cons:

Bohužel celkový dojem naprosto zkazil přístup managementu k placeným službám. Přestože jsme měli řádně uhrazenou polopenzi, při příjezdu nám bylo oznámeno, že v den příjezdu a následující den večeře nebude. Další den nám přišel e-mail, že se nebude vařit ještě některé dny. Hotel sám písemně přislíbil, že nám peníze za neposkytnuté večeře vrátí. Nyní je to již měsíc a půl od našeho odjezdu. Peníze stále nedorazily a hotel kompletně ignoruje mé zprávy a urgence. O samotnou částku mi ani tak nejde, ale toto nesolidní a neprofesionální jednání mě velmi mrzí.

Dober zajtrk, sicer z osnovno izbiro. Udobne in dovolj prostorne sobe. Bazen in ležalniki.

Cons:

Lokacija malo izven centra. Oglašujejo polpenzion, vendar nudijo večerjo v drugem 1 km oddaljenem hotelu, pa še to samo do 19.30. Razliko v ceni za polpenzion so nama vrnili v forintih.

Na zemi bolo jedlo, zvratky, ktoré nikto za celú dobu neupratal, aj napriek tomu, že pani upratovačky chodili neustále hore dole.

Pros:

Bardzo miła i uśmiechnięta obsługa restauracji. Basen zewnętrzny.

Cons:

Zamawiałem dwa osobne łózka, dostałem małżeńskie bez opcji zmiany, dopiero gdy zrobiło się nerwowo po telefonie do szefa dostaliśmy pokój jaki zamawialiśmy, kolejne dni recepcjonista nawet nie mówił "dzień dobry" , na koniec zachował się ok, dostaliśmy gratis parking, ale nikt nas nie przeprosił za tą sytuację.

Usytuowanie oraz basen, chociaż bliskość jeziora oznacza dużą jlość komarów.

Cons:

Powinno się uprzedzić kolejnych gości o pobytach dużej ilości głośnej młodzieży.

Czysto, pachnąco, bardzo blisko jeziora, smacznego śniadania, możliwośc bezpłatnego zaparkowania samochodu, czysty basen z lezakami. Świetna lokalizacja.

Cons:

Bardzo drogie obiady na miejscu. Jeden raz postanowiliśmy wykupić obiado kolacje która w przeliczeniu kosztowała nas 300 zl dla 4 osobowej rodziny. To koszt w centrum Krakowa obiadu.

Great location on Balaton Lake
Pros:

The room was big and beautiful, the shower was great, the employees were very kind and helpful, we loved the food, the pool area was amazing

Cons:

Maybe a little privacy at the balconies from ground floor, as everybody was walking in front of us or playing games, but in rest everything was perfect
