This hotel is comfortable and adequate. The facilities are certainly a step above any budget option in this part of Mongolia, but they do show their wear and lack of adequate upkeep. For instance, the ceiling of the bathroom had unaddressed mold from a leak, and in general the fittings of the fixtures where a bit shoddy. On the other hand, the room was spacious with a nice light and a view of town. Breakfast was fine, neither excellent nor anything to object to. A bit strange that there is no water available that isn't hot! And the tiny coffee machine always had a long queue. The location of the hotel is terrific.
In all I don't have any serious complaints about this facility other than that it falls well short of its premium price. Everything works and is find, the staff is competent and friendly, but we were disappointed given what we spent.
This is a relatively new hotel. Plus for a bathrobe, slippers and all disposable toiletries, e.g. toothbrush, razor, shower cap.
We were in this hotel for the third time in the last three years because there is not much choice in this city when it comes to hotels and not yurts.
There is ALWAYS something missing in the rooms, e.g. toilet paper, soap, bathrobe, or it is not cleaned (3 years ago)
We always took 2-3 rooms and there was no situation where everything was there or everything worked. air conditioning broken, sink clogged, shower clogged.
The staff is sluggish. There are as many as four people working at breakfast, all bored and on their phones, and most of the tables are dirty and not cleaned. It's a waste of money to spend on employees who don't think
I stayed here for two nights during the Ara fest and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to praise a male front desk staff for his attentive and exceptional helpfulness. He went above and beyond by helping me arrange a taxi and purchasing me bus ticket to UB. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again on my next visit.

Breakfast was served in the hotel's adjoining event hall and offered a good insight into local tastes and cuisine.
Excellent location in the charming and lively town of Tsetserleg.
Museum, shops and a laundrette were all within easy walking distance.
During our first night, a celebration was held in the adjoining event hall. Unfortunately, the loud music and heavy bass were clearly audible in our room and continued into the evening.
Felt very luxurious. Large room with a view over the town. Great location. We are bikepacking and they let us store our bicycles in a secure garage.
Wonderful medium-sized hotel, exceptional stuff, very helpful with every need you may have. Very clean and moder room, coffee shop, and restaurant on property. I was able to park my motorcycle in a secured garage.
