It is a good option for 1-3 nights stay.
Pros:

Good location, hotel staff is exceptionally nice and helpful, my room was clean. I liked the breakfast and in general it is a good place for the price.

Cons:

Shower and sink needed some repair and there is poor sound isolation.

Отдыхала в гостинице с 13 по 15 мая. Номер был чистый и уютный. Месторасположение очень удобное — всего несколько шагов до моря. Персонал дружелюбный и внимательный. Завтраки были просто супер! Я осталась всем очень довольна. Всем рекомендую эту гостиницу!

Cons:

Трошки заважало, що на 2му поверсі вихід у двір і там курили\тривожно з боку вікна у двір (1 поверх). У ванній кімнаті кран в рукомийнику ніби не на своєму місці за хутом нахилу - відкриваючи воду навіть не сильно - вода починає ляпати на тебе (рази 3 обливала речі, перед виходом на вулицю)
