附近方便，走一點路就是海安路和國華街等重要商圈，並且離全家、7-11與全聯都極近。
附近的早餐粉漿蛋餅可吃一下，還行。
房務和服務都乾淨與簡便，會下次來台南可能再訪的旅館。

這次住的是有陽台的標準雙人床，可惜陽台部分有煙灰，並未打掃乾淨。 浴廁乾濕分離，但浴室內地板滑滑的，有點危險。 隔音很差，如果是淺眠的人可能要考慮一下⋯

Cons:

Un solo ascensore per salire e scendere. Il check-in non prima delle 15. La camera non sembra affatto corrispondere alla descrizione in termini di superficie (mi è sembrata molto più piccola). L'aria condizionata è inoltre molto rumorosa e disturba il sonno. La posizione dell'hotel non è neppure granché.
