Pros:

Having visited regularly since the opening it’s great to see that feedback has been taken on board and every time we visit there are new additions to the experience. Much credit should be given to the staff who are all lovely and super helpful. Always a delightful time with the all of the team on breakfast but a special shout out to Tamara who is one of the best guest services staff we’ve ever had on our travels!

Geweldig verblijf!
Pros:

Het is een super schoon mooi hotel op een perfecte ligging! Fantastisch ontbijt, lief personeel en brandschoon elke dag werd de kamer schoon gemaakt. Ik was hier samen met een vriendin heerlijk bij het zwembad gelegen, het strand is onder het hotel, het Japanse eten bij het buur hotel is ook heerlijk. Ik vond dit voor de prijs echt een geweldig hotel

le camere erano molto pulite e accoglienti, il letto molto comodo. La struttura in generale è moderna e con tutti i confort. comodo il molo direttamente sotto l’hotel per prendere il ferry verso Formentera.

De luxe, de vormgeving, de entourage, het ontbijt, het personeel… alles!

Cons:

In de buurt is weinig te ‘beleven’. Maar wij waren er vroeg in het jaar. Met het bootje kun je gemakkelijk naar andere plekken.

Exceeded expectation, perfect for a last minute trip and staff went above and beyond
Pros:

Everything was good, I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews however the staff especially around the pool (apologies for not remembering their names) were lovely and made me feel so welcome. Also I got upgraded to a sea view at check in which was a lovely start to my trip! I found the room to be clean and modern and loved the Balinese bed pool. Couldn’t fault it, the bar next door at the Mondrian is also fabulous!

Heerlijke vakantie!
Pros:

Voor de 2e keer geweest. Heerlijk hotel, fijne kamers. We hadden een upgrade gekregen met uitzicht op de baai, fantastische uitzicht! Schoon en fris. Ontbijt en diner ook erg goed. Service was prima. Verschillende restaurants op loopafstand en een fijn strand.

Cons:

Heel weinig. Als ik echt iets moet noemen. Sommige personeelsleden waren wat minder vriendelijk en enthousiast. En jammer dat je geld voor de bedjes bij het zwembad moest betalen. Maar dat heeft ons niet gestoord.
