Cons:

There was a strong mildew/mold odor in the bathroom. When we informed the staff they responded quickly to remediate the issue but unfortunately the fix did not eliminate the odor. Other than this the room was good for the value!

Pros:

Sehr sauber und prima gelegen. Die technischen Geräte alle modern. Sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider wird ein Balkon aufgeführt in der Beschreibung, der nicht betreten werden darf.
Sonst läuft man Gefahr, das Appartement sofort verlassen zu müssen.
Ich habe dieses Appartement gewählt, weil es einen Balkon hat und erst vor Ort erfahren, dass wir ihn nicht nutzen dürfen, weil sich Nachbarn gestört fühlen könnten.
Das sollte man wissen, wenn man bucht.

到了之后让我付800的City Tax. 在大阪东京都没有这个收费。京都有点穷疯了🤣

很干净整洁，就是那枕头和被子是老式棉的，很重很硬，睡的不舒服。

Lo staff è stato gentile e pronto a riempirci il bagnoschiuma che avevamo finito.
Ottima posizione sia tranquilla sia vicina ai mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

Gli orari della reception sono molto limitanti e l’ascensore è più che altro un montacarichi molto lento in cui può salire solo una persona con bagagli alla volta.

Fantastic amenities and great location, easy to get to interesting sites, shopping and transport.
Pros:

Location was good, only a short walk to the subway station which was one stop from Kyoto main station. Many bus routes were convenient too.
Well equiped to cook meals and prepare breakfast.
Large washer dryer in the room was very useful.

Cons:

Didn’t need two large beds, so could have made space for a table to sit for meais. Needed more hanging space, only a coat stand provided, a rail across this space would be better.

Pleasant place in a reasonable location.
Pros:

This was a small but pleasant place to stay in a relatively convenient location.

Cons:

We weren't able to drop bags at the accommodation early (we were made aware of this beforehand) but this meant locker storage at the train station and is a big detractor and something we feel they can and should fix having seen the accommodation now.
