Amazing Hotel plus location is excellent.
nothing which I did not like.
Its clean, good breakfast and staff very helpful. Good location,walking distance to Gran Bazaar, Blue Mosque and other main attrations.
The room it was without Keys , and when i told them about IT , The answer of the man who was there more Desaster, He said if you cant stay in the room without Keys WE will give a room smaller , and i did bookés an extra night he took more money from me
Случайно выбрал для недельного пребывания этот отель и не разочаровался. Тактичный, доброжелательный и внимательный персонал. Поразительно тёплое отношение персонала к клиентам.Расположение отеля хорошее - многие достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Санитарное состояния отеля и номера на высоком уровне. Приличный завтрак, включённый в стоимость проживания. Трижды заказывал на ресепшене поездки на море и на прогулку по ночному Босфору. Все заказы были выполнены пунктуально, в назначенное время приходил микроавтобус. Если ещё раз буду в Стамбуле, то отель искать не буду, остановлюсь в Novus

-Location is very good, tram line 1 is 8 minutes walking
And all the old city is accessible by walking from the hotel,

- they didn't let my family get in to carry luggage which was heavy and they refused to help as well
- they refused to change the room which was close to the elevator, unless I'd pay more for the same room, and he said "it is what it is"
- the walls are thin, you can hear everything
- non-smoking room but the cigarette smell was coming from the bathroom
Room sizes are very small and barely any room to move.. its clean, staff are friendly (limited english speaking ability) its drak, and on an uphill, the access to this street from main road is open only certain time of the day, so if u arrive after 10am then you have to drag your luggage uphill for a fair bit... can be challenging. Nearest public transport is 500meeters away (steep uphill walk), even for uber or taxi u have to walk down the road a bit... Pretty central. Breakfast is full of processed food and fresh eggs.
Dark room. Air-conditioned get turned off every few hours. Access to this street is limited.. really uphill walk. Breakfast are salty and processed food.

The hotel staff is very welcoming and accommodating! :) Rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained. Location is convenient and close to tram station. Breakfast was also delicious, thanks!
