Pros:

Good atmosphere and good spa. Really had good time off. Amazing cocktail bar and the outdoor pool.

Cons:

A little bit too loud. Parents are really giving too much freedom to kids.

Vrhunska hrana!
Pros:

Lep enterijer, prostran hotel, doduse malo mracan.
Sve pohvale za osoblje, jako su ljubazni. Spa je odlican, a i hrana! Od hrane imaju bas svega - od vegetarijanskih opcija i ribe, pa do raznoraznih slatkisa. Hrana je bas bas za svaku pohvalu!!!

Cons:

U holu je bila malo jaca muzika, ali to je zanemarljivo.
Nasa soba se malo osecala.

I was very disappointed with my most recent stay at the hotel.
Pros:

I'm regular guest at the Grand hotel, often returning back for vacation purposes.

Cons:

It is unacceptable that the hotel does not include free parking in the room rate. I was extremely disappointed to discover that the hotel charges guests for the use of sun loungers by the outdoor pool, and at an exorbitantly high price.

Moreover, the information I received from the reception staff regarding the use of the car park and the issuing of invoices was either inaccurate or incomplete.

Pros:

Хотелът е чист, много приятен макар и с малко сложна инфраструктура. Спа зоната е хубава басейнът също. Всичко в него напълно съответства на нивото му.

Cons:

Вечеряхме в à la cart ресторанта. Менюто беше сравнително бедно и без нищо традиционно(национално) в него. Бяхме група от 8 човека и никой не остана доволен от качеството на приготвяне. Моето ястие с риба тон бе почти неотличимо от някакъв друг вид месо. Поискахме да пием узо но се оказа че има само ракия!!! И това всичко на цени несъответсващи на сезона и стандарта на Сърбия. На тръгване се наложи да чакаме 15 мин да отворят бариерата защото системата не засича мотори и служителя се беше “разсеял”.
