Pros:

Apsolutno je cist hotel. U centru, sve je blizu. Hrana odlicna.

Cons:

Isli smo sa bebom, dobili smo jako malu sobu, bukvalno samo mozes proci oko kreveta. Vrata od kupatila otvarala su se na spolja, u kupatilo su bocice sa sapun i sampon spadale sa zida. Zatvoreni bazen ne greju, tako da se ogromna guzva formira na spoljnom bazenu koji se greje. Hotel je po mom misljenju precenjen.

Relaxing stay in great location. Perfect spot for family with kids.
Pros:

Kids friendly. Lots of facilities. Friendly staff. Great food. Nice system of removing towels from the long chairs in case hotel guests are trying to leave all day long.

Cons:

Free water bottles could be left in the hotel room at arrival as most of the hotels in this category do. Guests overloading plates with food that they don‘t eat could be penalized. Hotel plan could be provided at the reception desk as it is quite difficult to find your way to the hotel room, restaurant, swimming pool and kids playroom.

Pros:

Расположение отеля. Большой подземный паркинг (10 евро в сутки).
Интересная архитектура у здания. Красивые общие зоны. Довольно комфортный номер. Удобная кровать. Тихо, нет звуков из коридора и соседних номеров.

Cons:

Не очень вкусная еда на завтраке и ужине. Создается впечатление, что выбор блюд большой, но на самом деле есть особо нечего. Очень много людей, чтобы положить себе еду, нужно буквально продираться сквозь толпу. Салфетки/коврики, которые используются для накрытия столов все грязные. Грязные тарелки со столов не убирают своевременно.

На второй день пребывания мы застряли в лифте и пробыли там 10 минут, пока не пришел техник. Я так понимаю это обычная ситуация для отеля, сотрудники не были удивлены. В лифте было невероятно душно и жарко, видимо вентиляции там нет, хорошо, что не пришлось провести там больше времени, иначе стало бы плохо.

Голубинный помет на подоконнике с внешней стороны. Неприятно и негигиенично.

Очень маленькое окно в номере и расположено оно в нише для гардероба, света в комнату попадает очень мало.

В номере нет чайника. Кофемашина (не Nespresso) варит не вкусный кофе. Он не очень сильно отличается от того, что есть на завтраке.

Pros:

Good atmosphere and good spa. Really had good time off. Amazing cocktail bar and the outdoor pool.

Cons:

A little bit too loud. Parents are really giving too much freedom to kids.
