All Good
From many visits in Giza over the years, I have seen a lot.. like a loooot. Harassing before even checked in about tours, and other activities.
The Regent Pyramid hotel was the FIRST who did not ask or pushed me in anyway towards anything neither prior or during my stay.
The staff was so friendly - and again no one asked me for money or anything. I was taken care of 24/7 with nightly food, drinks and always a smile on the face.
My kids liked it so much that I had to promise to come back with them.
The owner Mohamed was the nicest person you can imagine. Not only was he and his whole stuff fluent in english, he also took us on a dreamlike trip in to the dessert. He made it sooooo good that again I had to promise my family to come back. I usually dont write reviews but this place deserved mine!

Staff is very friendly and welcoming, rooftop view is stunning, cleaning was quite good. The hotel is obviously trying hard to make the guests feel comfortable and accommodate your requests. Generally a good value for money, if you are looking for a budget comfortable option.
The location is ok if you need to be in Giza ,and is relatively close to the pyramids and the New Museum, but otherwise it is definitely not the best location Cairo has to offer. The room had no windows - which was a surprise, also the breakfast set was quite modest and the same every day.

It’s very close to tourist attractions and has the most beautiful views . The staff is superb and they do a wonderful job. Thanks to Mohamed for the wonderful tours
The location for touring Cairo and seeing the pyramids from the amazing view on the roof top terrace is amazing and very romantic.
Breakfast could have been more varied from one day to the next
Nothing about the place is what it says on the website, every room has a problem, no safe, tv doesn't work, door handles broken, the location is very dirty, the restaurant and the roof is disgusting, I won't recommend that hotel for anyone ever.

The staff and the location of the hotel is too good.
The guests staying above your room/floor makes noise, you can hear that very loudly. In my case, they didn't sleep at night and keep making noise.
