Pros:

Wspaniały serwis- bardzo dobra obsługa na recepcji i nie tylko- bardzo sympatycznie. Fantastyczne masaże w spa po zwiedzaniu- polecam Vanny i bardzo dziękuję! Pokoje czyste, wszystko jest tak jak na zdjęciu, cicho. Miło spędza się czas na dachu w restauracji popołudniu.

Great hotel with spacious rooms
Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were alway there to help no matter what the problem were and cannot say more about their service. The room was very comfortable and plenty of room to move about. The location is perfect as in a quite street and about 5-6min walk to Pub Street and to the local Market. A visit to 5th floor is a must for Happy Hour for cocktails and for the views. About the staff and management is that we has a medical emercengy which required hospital attention and there staff and manager were exteremly helpful in this sitaution always asking how treatmnet was going and asking if we needed any extra assistance. I did the Ankor Wat Tuk Tuk tour ( with guide) and be prepared for a lot of walking and travelling between places. We will be coming back to the hotel later in the year to finish our Cambodian tour as this is a great hotel for what we needed and the managre and staff make this hotel great

Cons:

Great hotel with excellent staff. Great location to Pub Street, cafes and market and shops . Sky Basr on 5th floor for happy hour is not to be missed for cocktails

Very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent

Cons:

The sheets and towels were washed with high scented detergent which is not what we wanted to put our face on - but to the Hotels credit with negotiation we had these changed to Non- Scented

Pros:

I recently stayed at Koulen Central Hotel in Cambodia and overall had a comfortable stay. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and the bed had a lovely firm mattress which made sleeping very comfortable.

The reception staff truly stood out they were absolutely amazing, always greeting me warmly every time I entered the lobby and making me feel very welcome throughout my stay.

One big plus is the location. Right opposite the hotel is Amun Bar & Restaurant, which was excellent and ended up being my go-to place for meals during the rest of my stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience with the staff upstairs by the pool was less positive. I often felt they were unwilling to provide service and there seemed to be a lack of common sense in the way I was approached. At times, I even felt questioned about whether I was actually a guest at the hotel, which was disappointing and unnecessary.

Great location
Pros:

Loved the pools and rooms were nice and big and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Lots of staff floating about to help with anything

Cons:

I think they were really busy but they cleaned our rooms and didn't replace the towels so we had no towels for 2 days. Big hotel with lots of guests so breakfast was hectic with children running around screaming like they were in a playground. Really nice place but too busy for us

Excelente hospedagem em Siem Reap

Antes da hospedagem, a equipe do Koulen Central Hotel fez contato oferecendo transfer do aeroporto para o hotel, o que funcionou perfeitamente, com valor apropriado. O Hotel é muito bem localizado, à uma quadra da área central, lindo, amplo, perfumado na medida certa. O quarto é confortável e limpo. Café da manhã com opções asiáticas e ocidentais, com opções preparadas na hora, em ambiente espaçoso fechado e área externa. No dia em que acordamos cedo para ver o nascer do sol em Angkor Wat, recebemos uma box de café da manhã bastante completa, o que foi muito bem vindo. A área da cobertura é incrível e bem decorada e a comida do restaurante uma delicia. A equipe é extremamente gentil e atenciosa. Recomendo muito.
