Excelente!!! Increhible,está justo en el centro. El hotel está impecable, las instalaciones limpísimas, la cama cómoda con dos almohadas una mas blanda otra mas dura. Todos los trabajadores atentos , amables, serviciales,… excelente. Tanto Pheara, Sambo , Siev Ing, Saphourd, las que limpian habitaciones, los del bar de la piscina, las de los masajes, los que abren las puertas al entrar y salir, me voy muy agradecida y contenta de escojer éste hotel.El desayuno el mejor de todos mis viajes, Excelente, aún siendo 4 estrellas es superior a muchos de 5, excelente!

Cons:

Booking.com charged my debit card $178.44 twice. They assured me that I would receive a refund for the first unsuccessful booking due to a system error, but I have yet to receive it.

のんびり出来ました。
Pros:

どの場所でもスタッフ皆さん、しっかり仕事をしてくれます。
プール、お風呂、サウナが良かった。
朝食が種類豊富で美味しかった。

Cons:

3泊したのですが唯一、２日目にお湯が出なくて、作業員さんが見に来てくれたものの、この日は結局お湯が出なかった。共用のお風呂があったので、事は足りましたけど。

Tout d abord, la qualité de l' hôtel et de ses équipements. L hôtel est récent et très bien entretenu. Ensuite, la gentillesse du personnel et la qualité du service apporté aux voyageurs. On se sent choyé, il y a beaucoup d attentions de l équipe. C'est très agréable d être accueilli avec autant de professionnalisme.

Enfin, le petit petit déjeuner est de très grande qualité. La piscine et la salle de sport sont très bien également.

Cons:

Rien. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Had a pleasant stay, it’s very well located and the staff is amazing

I really liked the staff, extremely polite and supportive. I have to specifically mention the spa lady who is amazing. I also, met the manager and he was so sincere in taking any form of feedback. I will surely return to this hotel. If you are travelling alone or with family, this is the place to stay as it has an amazing location. From the hotel, everything is in walking distance, be it markets, coffee shops or restaurants. It’s super safe and they care.

Chambre très spacieuse.
La piscine est magnifique avec de grands espaces pour se reposer ainsi qu'un coin bar très joli.
Salle de sport et salle de massage sont superbes !
Le coin SPA est super grand et très bien fourni (douche, toilette, coin pour se changer etc)
Personnel très gentil et très serviable.

Pros:

We loved our stay here. Very high end hotel with large rooms and incredible amenities. The staff are all so friendly and helpful - always provided valuable information without ever trying to force/upsell tours or transport. They made phone calls/enquires for us and even provided a packed breakfast when we were doing a sunrise tour! The pool is amazing with great food and drinks. Definitely recommend anyone who visits Siem Reap to stay here!
