Pros:

We loved our stay here. Very high end hotel with large rooms and incredible amenities. The staff are all so friendly and helpful - always provided valuable information without ever trying to force/upsell tours or transport. They made phone calls/enquires for us and even provided a packed breakfast when we were doing a sunrise tour! The pool is amazing with great food and drinks. Definitely recommend anyone who visits Siem Reap to stay here!

Pros:

Новый отель, открылся в 2025 году. Номера большие, кондиционер работает отлично, кровати удобные, подушки разные на выбор. Завтрак - шведская линия, станция с омлетами и местной едой. Есить из чего выбрать, места много. На крыше 5-го этажа бассейн, бар, ресторан. У бассейна можно полежать в тени на шезлонгах, из бара заказать напитки. Персонал невероятно радушный, учтивый.

Really great hotel but watch out for promises of better prices

The pool was huge for a roof top pool, and almost cool! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great, good size and good facilities

Cons:

The hotel messaged to tell me they could give me a better deal than grab getting to/from the airport, but their rates were definitely more than grab (I thought it seemed high so I used grab and it was less). The tour I booked with them also I could have got cheaper elsewhere and was told the driver would speak some English to explain where we were, he didnt. Breakfast was order what you want, but you were also bought a plate of bread products which I didn't want, a buffet does allow for you to choose, or add the bread stuff to the order list rather than just presenting it. I ordered a takeout breakfast for going to Angkor wat for the sunrise, was assured it would be vegetarian, and it wasn't. Little things but that's why it's a 9 and not a 10

Hotel lujoso en buena zona
Pros:

Es un buen hotel con habitaciones de calidad, un lujo a buen precio. Cerca de Pub street.

Cons:

Cobran por todo, en otros hoteles el agua del frigobar es gratis, pero aquí te lo cobran a 2.50$ (la botella pequeña claro). El buffet desayuno debería tener más opciones.

Pros:

Wspaniały serwis- bardzo dobra obsługa na recepcji i nie tylko- bardzo sympatycznie. Fantastyczne masaże w spa po zwiedzaniu- polecam Vanny i bardzo dziękuję! Pokoje czyste, wszystko jest tak jak na zdjęciu, cicho. Miło spędza się czas na dachu w restauracji popołudniu.

podobało mi się wszystko-ale jeśli już cos bym dodała to może więcej owoców na śniadanie

Great hotel with spacious rooms
Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were alway there to help no matter what the problem were and cannot say more about their service. The room was very comfortable and plenty of room to move about. The location is perfect as in a quite street and about 5-6min walk to Pub Street and to the local Market. A visit to 5th floor is a must for Happy Hour for cocktails and for the views. About the staff and management is that we has a medical emercengy which required hospital attention and there staff and manager were exteremly helpful in this sitaution always asking how treatmnet was going and asking if we needed any extra assistance. I did the Ankor Wat Tuk Tuk tour ( with guide) and be prepared for a lot of walking and travelling between places. We will be coming back to the hotel later in the year to finish our Cambodian tour as this is a great hotel for what we needed and the managre and staff make this hotel great

Cons:

Great hotel with excellent staff. Great location to Pub Street, cafes and market and shops . Sky Basr on 5th floor for happy hour is not to be missed for cocktails

We had a great time in this Hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent

Cons:

The sheets and towels were washed with high scented detergent which is not what we wanted to put our face on - but to the Hotels credit with negotiation we had these changed to Non- Scented
