Mein Urlaub in Wien war ein Traum!!!
Pros:

Top Ausstattung, sehr sauber, super komfortabel, tolle Lage (Innenstadt, dennoch ruhig), Verkehrsanbindung.

Great Value for Money. Will stay again!
Pros:

The place was clean. It had a well equipped kitchen, with a coffee maker, plates and utensils. Beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. Accessible public transport. They were quite considerate allowing us to check out a bit later.

Cons:

Air-conditioner had a turbo function but was disabled, and thermostat could not be set lower than 18 degrees which would have been helpful given the heat wave.

Pros:

Loft accogliente, arredato con gusto e ben dotato. Posizione ottima a due passi dal tram che porta in centro in due fermate e a pochi isolati dalla metropolitana.

Cons:

Un disguido all'arrivo ha comportato un disagio iniziale. I codici di accesso non consentivano l'ingresso. Ci siamo dovuti mettere in contatto con lo staff che comunque ha risposto tempestivamente inviando nuovi codici di accesso, ma accedendo in appartamento c'era ancora lo staff addetto alle pulizie. Siamo stati quindi costretti a lasciare i bagagli senza poterci sistemare subito. L'appartamento è un loft molto grazioso, un po' defilato dal centro storico ma ottimamente collegato. Occorrerebbe tuttavia migliorare l'insonorizzazione (arrivano troppi rumori dalla strada) e applicare tende oscuranti alle finestre (entra troppa luce fin dalla mattina presto).

Es war sehr hell im Zimmer in der Nacht. Verdunklungsrollos wären toll.

Bad soundproofing, no good sleep
Pros:

Good location, close to public transport, several stores and restaurants.
Smooth and convenient check-in process.
Nice space, good amenities.

Cons:

The specific unit I was staying at is facing the street, and it has basically no sound proofing so it was pretty noisy - like sleeping on the street.

The blinds on the windows are white and half transparent so there is no possibility to blackout the room - I was waking up at 4:30 a.m. as soon as it would get lighter outside.

The bathroom sink was clogged and had very slow flowing water from the faucet, and there were several cobwebs across the loft, all which tells me the cleaning here is done just superficially.

Bad thin pillows.

Poor responsiveness from the facility management.

Ruime, kwalitatief hoogwaardige plek op 10 minuten van het centrum.
Pros:

Schone, ruime plek, goed gebouwd met comfortabel bed, goed uitgeruste keuken en badkamer

Сподобався інтерьер. Чисто і охайно.

Cons:

Не працював сейф, проблеми з туалетним папером, не працювала праска( потім замінили), не було миючих засобів 🧐😔. За п ять днів, ніхто не прийшов прибрати.І дуже погані подушки😢

Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Sehr abgenutzte Wohnung mir dreckigem Boden und schlechter Ausstattung. Bei unserer Ankuft am Abend war das Duschgel/Shampoo nicht aufgefüllt, also konnten wir nur mit Wasser duschen. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und es hat 2 Tage gedauert diese zu reparieren. Die Nächte waren extrem heiß. Das Fenster kann man nicht öffnen weil es im EG liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und es extrem laut ist. Kommunikation mit Vermieter katastrophal. Unfreundlich und nicht verständlich. Keine Entschuldigung für die kaputte Klimaanlage. Meidet diese Unterkunft unbedingt. Für das Geld bekommt man in Wien besseres
