A very good spot for Santa Marta
Pros:

We had a very spacious room, with a TV/lounge area above the bed. Breakfast was good and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The little rooftop pool was pleasant and it was well situated just off the malecon and close to the gold museum.

Good location, but safety concerns and poor room preparation

The area is quiet and has easy access to the malecón

Cons:

We were warned that nearby areas toward the city center are unsafe at night, and honestly, it did feel insecure after dark.

The room was not prepared upon arrival, with an incomplete set of towels and no bedspread.

Cómodo, limpio un hermoso rooftop y delicioso desayuno.

Cons:

La ubicación no es ideal. Queda un poco alejada del centro. La calle estaba en arreglos y si volvíamos tarde estaba un poco desolado

Nagyon jó szállás, ár érték arányban kimagasló lehetőség. Mindenkinek akánlom, aki pihenni is akar egy jót. Az internet

Nagyon kényelmes volt a szoba, az elhelyezkedés is kiváló. A tető medence és terasz remek. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt. A reggeli kiadós és finom. A szálloda belsőépítészete plusz pont, nagyon tetszett.

Cons:

A szálloda bejárati ajtaján csak csengetés után tudsz belépni, úgy hogy személyesen jön a recepciós. Biztos meg vannak ennek a biztonsági oka, de kicsit kényelmetlen volt, hogy várakozol amíg be nem engednek.

Excelente la ubicación en el centro de Santa Marta cerca al muelle, la atención prestada por todo el personal, los desayunos maravillosos, y las empanaditas que venden allí espectaculares, volvería mil veces.

Pros:

Lo mejor del alojamiento fue la atención del personal, en especial la de los chicos de recepción, Jesús y José. Fueron muy amables y siempre a disposición de nuestras necesidades.
La piscina es espectacular, siempre limpia.
Recomiendo.

Cons:

La modalidad del timbre para ingresar. El sistema de que no cualquiera pueda ingresar, por seguridad me parece acertado, pero considero que deben entregar una llave a cada huésped para poder disponer del ingreso.

Cons:

Dos noches el aire acondicionado falló, una noche no dormí y la segunda le rogué cortara la luz por 10 minutos para que se reiniciara el aire y funcionó.
