It was a terrible stay.
Pros:

Location was only good.

Cons:

The basic facility like fan was not there in the room. The facility mentioned while booking was not at all present over there. The room was dark with lack of light. Tv, microwave, coffee/tea maker, broken furniture, towels provided were very bad. Not at all in the condition to use. Ac was also not functioning properly we have to go near the ac to operate. Swing and fan speed option were also not working. Strange smell in the room of paint and thinner. While connected the reception for the same, no response was provided. Basic toiletry was also not provided. Paid for the suite room and got the most horrible experience.

Disappointed with booking.com
Pros:

Nothing as such

Cons:

Photos need to updated to the present status and not 10-15 years ago. Booking.com needs to take responsibility when they are posting hotels to have a audit team verifying the facts. Bcos we are paying customers and the hotel is getting business thru pics n reviews posted. Needs a major upgrade or atleast honest present conditions.
