Labu Hotel

An easy walk to Rike Park and Old Town, also Avlabari metro is nearby. The hotel is in a quiet suburban area and there’s a friendly cat outside. The room was comfortable, neat and well-maintained. The bathroom had a bidet as well. Would recommend this property!

The hotel is in a very convenient location. New, comfortable and clean. The staff helped with everything we needed. I recommend.

Очень уютно и чисто! Удобно, что есть кухня, стиральная машинка, пешком до центра и основных достопримечательностей. Очень гостеприимный Лука! В апреле с парковкой проблем не было, нашли место на улице.

Наличие всего необходимого в номере, теплый пол в ванной, удобное расположение (в близи есть всё необходимое), наличие парковочного места перед отелем.

Номер довольно просторный, чистый, светлый. Хозяин всегда на связи, и всегда готов помочь.

Отель находиться в старом части города, очень тихое место, до канатной дороги, до стелянного моста идти минут 20 не спеша.
Сам отель очень чистый, номера не прокуренные(это было очень важно). Лука замечательный юноша👍👍👍всегда был готов помочь, сам предложил помощь в покупке билетов на поезд, когда ребёнку стало плохо ночью, Лука нас сильно выручил.
Всем буду советовать этот отель, если поеду в Грузию ещё раз, то только в этот отель.

Удобное расположение относительно центра, просторные чистые номера, оформленные в современном стиле. Есть кондиционер, ванные принадлежности. Можно воспользоваться кухней и стиральной машинкой (иногда это очень нужно). По ночам тихо. Лука всегда был на связи и помогал, за что ему большое спасибо! С удовольствием остановилась бы еще раз.

Если вы хотите тихое место, но в самом центре города, в старой его части, то вам сюда. До центра города всего 10 минут пешком.

Il Labu hotel è un ottimo posto in cui soggiornare a Tbilisi! Le camere sono molto pulite così come l'intera struttura e c'è anche una cucina in condivisione da poter utilizzare (noi l'abbiamo utilizzata soprattutto per le colazioni, perché bisogna considerare che le colazioni nei bar a Tbilisi non vengono mai servite prima delle 9/10). Inoltre Luka è un padrone di casa molto simpatico e sempre disponibile tramite whatsapp! La posizione dell'hotel è ottima ma bisogna comunque considerare che bisogna fare qualche minuto in salita.

Luka arranged wet wiping of all surfaces before my Mom and Sister arrived at our request. Very important when one is travelling to Georgia for its amazing lung doctors, fresh air, greenery, lush fruits and vegetables, and amazing people - of course! And they were patient with our payment, for which we are very grateful, as well. Oh, and his Dad and Mom were also constantly helping us out (with our luggage, with adding a coffee boiler in the common kitchen, and always replying on time to our 25 questions = ) during our stay. It was exactly how I imagined waking up in the morning to big wide windows early morning with fresh air flowing through see-through curtains, sipping our coffee on a beautiful balcony with the view of the far-away green hilltops, absolutely no mosquitos, and a quiet, safe and very friendly neighbors passing by. You should try this place for yourself, as we are coming back! InshaAllah.

Clean and comfortable. The host was very good with communication. Quiet street. Room has aircon. Good value. Toiletries provided.
