Très bon emplacement, hôtel moderne
Pros:

- hôtel très bien placé
- moderne
- petit déjeuner servi directement à table que j'ai trouvé bon
- très propre

Cons:

- le supplément de 4% imposé en cas de règlement par carte bancaire, et non annoncés lors de la réservation
- l'absence de parking (pourtant indiqué comme présent). Il faut juste garer sa voiture devant l'hôtel s'il y a une place. Je m'attendais à un vrai parking

Hôtel très mignon, bien placé avec personnel agréable, parfait pour un séjour court sur Berat
Pros:

L’hôtel est en dehors de l’animation mais à proximité du centre ville, emplacement idéal! La chambre était propre et neuve. Le petit déjeuner très bon et le personnel à disposition et souriant.

Cons:

Nous avons sous estimé la taille de la chambre qui était bien trop petite pour nous 4. 10m2 en plus aurait était parfait mais entre le lit bébé, les grosses valises, compliqué de se déplacer dans l’espace. C’est notre gros bémol de notre séjour.

Cons:

The hotel is about 9 minutes by car from the city center, and taxis in the area are very hard to find. The rooms were clean, but there is no elevator, so if you are on the third floor, you will have to carry your luggage up by yourself.

​My 1-star review is due to the location and a deeply disturbing situation that shows a complete lack of respect for guests.

​During check-out, a staff member walked directly into the room while my sister was changing her clothes. Instead of apologizing and stepping back, she actually stayed inside and started yelling at her. All while we were getting ready to leave, staff members were staring at us with anger as if we were staying for free—even though we booked three rooms for a significant amount of money.

​To make matters worse, when we reported this to the reception, they started making excuses for the employee instead of apologizing. They claimed the key was handed in, even though the staff member knew people were still inside when she forced her way in and shouted.

​After reading other reviews, I realized this unprofessional behavior is standard practice for them. We came to enjoy our trip, not to be disrespected. I will definitely never return, just like many other guests have said.

Świetna beza do zwiedzania Beratu
Pros:

Proste serwowane śniadanie, miejsce do parkowania bez problemu do znalezienia na ulicy przed hotelem. Dobra baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie Beratu oraz kanionu Osumi. Przyjazna, pomocna obsługa. Duże pokoje i bardzo wygodne łóżka.

Pros:

De kamer was heel schoon en netjes. Fijne sfeer. Goed bed en de airco werkte goed. Klea, heeft ons heel hartelijk ontvangen en sprak goed Engels. Omdat wij de volgende ochtend al vroeg weg moesten was ze zo lief het o tubing to-go voor ons te maken.

Sehr gutes Hotel
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer und waren sehr zufrieden! Die Lage war auch sehr gut, in circa 10-15 Minuten war man in der Altstadt. Außerdem haben wir super Restaurant Tipps bekommen und durften früher einchecken.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre für uns der Duschkopf gewesen, da dieser leider nicht höhenverstellbar war. Auch die Wassertemperatur ließ sich etwas schwierig regulieren, sodass es zwischen sehr heiß und sehr kalt leider nur wenige angenehme Zwischenstufen gab.
