A very special place, great in every way.
Pros:

This place is amazing, great location, beautifully appointed, spacious and clean. 2 bathrooms was a bonus as was the complimentary crumpets & jam. Wish we had more time there, highly recommended.

Everything was perfect.

Great spot from which to explore Carlisle and Hadrian's Wall
Pros:

plenty of space, generous tea and coffee provisions and lovely local crumpets, jam and butter for a little snack. Freindlt staff and a nice on site restaurant - b'fast and dinner both lovely! They also kindly offered to store a couple of small bags while we were doing the Coast to Coast walk

Cons:

My onkly ask would be to have beds made with a top sheet, as the quilt/doon was too hot and we needed to take it out to use the cover as a sheet.

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and modern. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, the location is perfect.

Convenience of location. Spacious apartment. Lovely and clean. The locally sauced crumpets etc.Where a nice touch

Cons:

The fact that you have to pay for parking. .For the cost of 2 night stay.i would have expected gowns and slippers as standard..Little things such as no tissues.

Top class accommodation with top class staff.
Pros:

The accommodation was first class. Spotlessly clean, excellent facilities and some nice free extras provided like shower gel and shampoo and crumpets, butter and jam as well as bottled water. Beds were super comfy with top class bedding, towels were so soft and again top class.
Staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. We used the restaurant and the meal was excellent 👌 😋. We were so impressed we will visit again as we loved it.

Cons:

Prefer a walk in showers, but that's just personal.
