Dat wij telkens moesten vragen naar een Nederlands talige receptioniste. Wij tenslotte in België, in Gent vlaams België. Bij vertrek was er zelfs geen enkele beschikbaar. Dit vind ik niet oke

Le cadre et l emplacement de l hôtel la literie et les oreillers de qualité exceptionnelle

Cons:

le prix abusé du parking
le personnel à la réception qui ne considère pas le client peu sympathique par commercial par arrangeant et qui ne fait rien même pas les demandes expliquées par mail , je me suis rendu pour un anniversaire de mariage j ai répondu a leur 4 mails reçu avant mon arrivée et bien stipulé la raison rien de rien même pas une bouteille d eau !

Pros:

Чудове розташування - все у пішій доступності. Номер чистий та охайний. Гаряча та холодна вода у душі, кондиціонер, електрика, санприлади - все працювало як слід. Але при виході/вході у номер кондиціонер зкидає попередні налаштування на якісь стандартні (21 градус) і треба кожного разу переналаштовувати. У номері тихо, подвійний склопакет, кондиціонера майже не чути, але вікна глухі від полу до стелі і не відчиняються - тож провітрювання лише кондиціонером. Вікна в нашому номері виходили на вузьку вулицю зі стародавньою архитектурою, але за завтраком ми бачили дивовижну картину у вікно з каналом, лодочками, казковими будиночками та баштою поштампа з годинником. Сніданок ситний, не дуже різноманітний. Ми були 7м днів у Генті, та вже на 3й день сніданок став набридати одноманітністю. Персонал стандартно ввічливий. До ЖД вокзалу добиралися 10 хвилин пішки + 15-20 хвилин трамваєм Т3. З 7-ми днів що жили у Генті - 4 дні зранку виїзжали потягом до інших міст Бельгії та увечорі повертались. Використовували персональні місячні знижки Трейн+ за 6 євро, таким чином на потягах до 40% економили. Поруч з готелем на задній вулиці є супермаркет з недорогою їжою та напоями, але шукайте його, бо вітрина наче як маленький ларьок.

Cons:

Дуже несподобалося те що готель не приймає оплату готівкою.
Були пару днів коли на сніданок нарізка бекону (прошуто) віддавали душком!!!
До готелю не відноситься, але...
1. Гент дуже затишне і казкове місто. Особисто зранку коли вулиці пусті від туристів, або увечорі коли на площах грають музиканти. Це чудова база для поїздок по різних містах, та мінімум три дні варто витратити на сам Гент для неспішних прогулянок.
2. Дуже важко у Бельгії знайти нормальне, справжнє пиво! Як виявилося, тари 0,5 не буває, все так зване пиво має 6-10 градусів алкоголю. Пиво меньше 6 та ще щоб і нефільтроване - то є велика єкзотика для цієї країни.
3. Просто вбило у мене всі гарні почуття від Генту відношення мерії міста та комунальних служб до власної каналізаційної мережі! Зловоння з стічних отворів на вулиці, штин параші який б'ьє у ніс та перехоплює дихання майже повсюди у центральній туристичній частині міста! Ви йдете по дивовижній вулиці, їсте вафельний торт і тут вам запах зловонія так що аж кішки виворочує до рвоти! Ви у ресторані їсте ребра з картоплею під пиво, а по вулиці вітер розносить смрад каналізації! Це просто жесть якась!!!

Sehr schönes und ruhiges, zentral gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Tolle zentrale Lage direkt an der Korenlei – ideal, um Gent zu Fuß zu erkunden.
* Beeindruckende Lobby über fünf Stockwerke mit außergewöhnlichem und stilvollem Design.
* Schöne Bar direkt in der Lobby.
* Gläserner Aufzug – optisch ein Highlight und zudem sehr schnell.
* Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal – durchweg aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
* Sehr ruhig
* Insgesamt sehr angenehmer und schöner Aufenthalt.
* Das Hotel würden wir aufgrund der Lage und des Gesamtambientes weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer der einfachsten Kategorie wurde auf der Website mit einer großen Fensterfront dargestellt. Unser Zimmer hatte dagegen nur ein sehr kleines Fenster, das sich lediglich etwa 5 cm öffnen ließ.
* Der Teppichboden war deutlich renovierungs- bzw. grundreinigungsbedürftig.
* Glasreste vor dem Bett haben wir leider ebenfalls vorgefunden – das sollte bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht passieren.

Good stay with perfect location
Pros:

The location. Couldn’t ask for a better location to stay in Ghent.

Cons:

Only thing that didn’t go very well was long wait to get the keys to my room and when they finally handed over the keys to me, they made a mistake and gave keys to a room that was still occupied by someone else, that was pretty annoying. That was awkward and never experienced anything like it before.

I had to go back to them and finally I got keys to my room.

Although the staff was friendly and apologized later with some complimentary chocolates.

I really hope not to have this kind of experience again.
