Staff were friendly
The room was dirty the carpet was dirty the shower cubicle step was broken and dangerous you could cut your feet if you stood on it. There were black marks all over the wall and the skirting boards were filthy. I have taken pictures to send to Ramada with my letter of complaint to request a refund.
Very clean , spacious and elegant. It wealth the money. We even watched WM 2026 Germany’s first match in our room . Was so good as football fun and also coming from Germany , you will understand, my boys were so happy. We will love to visit there again.

The rooms need renovating
I liked it was close to the airport and there was services, so it didn’t take long to drive in the morning and could get some food at anytime with 24hour service.
There was a little bit of splattered paint on my walls in my room, Wi-Fi had some problems, the lift stopped working after a while and the bathroom tap kept moving. I also didn’t know about the new £5 parking charge as it said free parking on the booking website. I stayed here back in December 2022 and was a very good stay, however I feel it wasn’t the best this time.

Die Lage des Zimmers. Das Zimmer lag direkt über dem Eingangsbereich / Eingangstür. Die automatische Tür ist sehr laut,
Auf Grund des regen Betriebs war vor 0.30 h nicht an Schlafen zu denken. Ab 3.30 h endete die Nacht, da der rege Betrieb wieder begann. Ein Zimmer in diesem Bereich ist niemandem zu empfehlen.
