This turned out to be a very convenient base for our time in Nha Trang
Pros:

We could walk out and immediately find somewhere to eat, get a massage or grab a coffee, so we barely needed taxis. I also liked coming back to the hotel after being out all day. The room was kept spotless and was comfortable enough to properly switch off and rest. There wasn't anything particularly fancy about the place, but I think that's why the price felt so reasonable. Good location, clean room and genuinely kind staff — pretty much everything I needed.

Overall, a convenient place to stay
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised to get a room at around 7 AM, especially as the hotel was nearly full. The staff were welcoming and genuinely tried to help us after our overnight trip. Although our room had no window, it was clean, comfortable, and had a nice bed. The nearby cafés and restaurants were another plus, so finding food was never a problem.

Pros:

We chose this place mainly because we wanted to be close to everything, and it worked out really well. There are plenty of restaurants and massage places almost right outside, but the hotel itself is hidden down a quiet little alley. The room was simple but comfortable and stayed very clean during our visit. For the price, I thought it was a pretty good deal. The reception ladies were also lovely. They gave us some useful local service and were always happy to help when we needed something.

+ недалеко от моря
+ рядом 3-4 круглосуточных супермаркета
Минусы:
- проживала 18 ночей, просила убраться каждый день, не заходили в номер и не убирались, потому что я жила с котом. Прямым текстом говорили, что не любят и не хотят приближаться к коту (слова уборщиц).
- все простыни, полотенца, наволочки в пятнах, где то дырки. Большая редкость увидеть чистый участок постельного белья, несмотря на это, попросили заплатить за одну наволочку с пятном от краски
- в номере, с момента заезда и с каждым днем без уборки увеличивалось количество насекомых. Таракан был один, пауков бесконечно, муравьи были главными жильцами.
- на третий день проживания я попросила вернуть деньги и хотела съехать но мне отказали
- Курение запрещено, НО пахло сигаретами везде, в номере стоял запах сигарет до заселения и через вытяжку ежедневно доходил аромат травы
