các tiện ích: cửa nhà tắm(ko đóng dc), cửa tủ quần áo( gãy khỏi thanh đẩy ), chăn ga ( còn 1 vài vết ố/ rách) tất cả đều sd được nhưng hơi bất ổn, so với cách phục vụ giá tiền vị trí đều ok
