The hotel management should have checked the room and the guests’ belongings from time to time. We were unable to go directly to the counter because we needed room service, so we expected the hotel staff to check on the room and assist us accordingly.

The room was not clean. There were spit stains on the wall, the room’s paint was peeling, and the pillow cover had stains. I requested to change the pillow cover, but the staff replied that no extra pillow cover was available and asked me to manage with the same one.”
It was good in good location with comfortable price.
Staff had low hopitality knoledge
Actually Hotel was not that great .
Front line staff was very on phone most of the time. Customer has to ask about room and which floor room is. Not very good impression from front desk staff.
