Important information:

Link Hotel Singapore will be commencing partial renovation works on the main block from 11 May 2026 until further notice, (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

For room bookings made from 1 June 2026 onwards, the hotel check-in time will be revised to 3:00 PM, and check-out time will be by 11:00 AM.

Please note that on-site parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

it was a horrible night that i wil never ever think of again in my whole life biggest regret to book this hotel

everything its like carcel i usually do not write reviews not good not bad but i believe this review will be helpful if you coming with family then pls do not ever think of this hotel as the room size is tiny and no view nothing i paid good amt and this is not a worth it bed size very small i changed next morning and went to swissotel

Comfortable Stay and Accesible
Pros:

The location of the hotel is amazing. Just a 3 minute walk to Exit 1 of Havelock MRT and right across the hotel is the bus stop. Everything was accessible (eg, Tiong Bahru market, 7 Eleven). The receptionist and housekeeping was attentive, friendly and helpful. Only one functional elevator. Maybe due to active renovation.

Cons:

There was no bidet in the toilet. The amenities like shower gel and shampoo could have been in a refillable form instead of the "use once and discard" Its not enough too for a a family of 3. I understand can ask for more but it would save the guests hassle. Get better pillows too. Its too thin and no support. Also, I would recommend to install vanity mirror in the room for guests.

Quiet location and helpful staff, but short beds
Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet area in the Tiong Bahru district, which makes it a pleasant place to stay away from the busy city center. At the same time, it is still quite convenient for exploring Singapore, with MRT stations within walking distance and easy access to Chinatown and other parts of the city.
The room size was comfortable and adequate, especially considering Singapore standards. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, which made the stay more pleasant.

Cons:

The beds were quite short, which may be uncomfortable for taller guests.

Great location, friendly staff!
Pros:

The location was perfect and central to get to everywhere in Singapore. Many eateries around, MRT just across the road. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We accidentally left a gadget in the room, we were notified and it was returned it to us promptly.

Cons:

Slightly dated and rooms were very basic.

Very nice and helpful staff and Aircon is very comfortable.

Cons:

Very bad layout of the rooms.
Light switches and power points are in the center of the headboard of the bed, so you accidentally switch on the light in the middle of the night.
On the wall it is too far away to use the kettle, unless you unplug the fridge on the floor to use the kettle instead..
Hot water in shower only lasts 5 minutes
