A nice quick stay in Savannah, close to the cathedral

My husband, daughter, and I stayed at your hotel for a short two-day vacation, even though we have limited English skills. The reception staff was not helpful at all; we explained that we didn't speak the language well and were visiting for tourism. We had purchased a package that included breakfast and asked the reception about it, but they were extremely curt and unwilling to assist. We mentioned our limited English and asked for clearer explanations, but they simply didn't care. Furthermore, there were cockroaches in the room—which was incredibly disturbing—and the shower cubicle was dirty. It infuriated me that a hotel costing $600 was so filthy; I will never stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Savannah.
Pros:

The first person I met was Raevyn, and she was amazing. So extremely courteous and helpful. The accommodations were very nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had some issues with affordable parking, but we’re managed.

Pros:

The hotel itself is really beautiful. Our bathroom needed a little tlc but other tan than that everything was perfect. It's in a great location if you want to enjoy the historic downtown district. All the staff took time to take care of all our needs, with a smile. I'd definitely come back

Cons:

Valet parking is pretty expensive. And you don't really have many options if you choose to self park somewhere.

Upscale hotel in a wonderfully walkable city
Pros:

I picked this hotel because of the location and was not disappointed. Located right in the center of beautiful historic Savannah...walk out the door into the heart of this lovely city, with parks, restaurants and shops all around. The common spaces (lobby, bar, terrace) were all very nice; overall the hotel had a very historic and upscale feel. The room itself was comfortable and the view was very nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room balconies have no seating and are not really functional; however the view was very nice!

The lobby is gorgeous , the bar is fun, nice patio area out front . We had a balcony, no chairs but beautiful view .

Verouderd. Onkunde van het personeel. Achterhouden van informatie. Allerlei extra’s aanrekenen. We voelden ons uitgelachen en beroofd.

leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung . Nie wieder dieses Hotell
Pros:

Leider war an der Unterkunft nichts zu empfehlen bis auf die Lage , alles sehr dreckig , abgewohnt und teils versifft. Zimmer total abgenutzt und nicht wirklich sauber , extrem laut und hellhörig. Bad Spiegel komplett Gerissen , Badewanne beschädigt , Lichtschalter dreckig , Boden kaputt und aufgeplatzt . Das Ganze Hotel ist dreckig , die Toiletten in der Lobby stehen vor dreck und stinken . Frühstück eine Katastrophe . Das dazu buchen kann man sich sparen. Man bekommt nur 30$ Guthaben fürs Frühstücksbüffet für 4 Personen . Wir Ware leider mehr als enttäuschst und das war mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel seit langen.

Cons:

Das einzigste was mal
Hervorheben kann ist die Lage , aber das wiegt leider den Rest nicht auf. Somit können wir nichts empfehlen .

Trip USA east coast.
Pros:

Location.general luxury atmosphere . Good breakfast. Friendly guys at valet.

Cons:

Grumpy receptionist who didn’t want to check us in before the set time. Only for a large charge. We only wanted to check in and leave luggage and then explore town. Her colleague was more customer oriented and checked us in. Surprisingly the rooms were ready.

Had a good stay, could have been better.
Pros:

The location, staff, and lobby were great!
Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom was not cleaned well. Aside from lobby, hotel looks old and needs refresh. Did not have common items/services. ( coffee maker/ microwave)
