Enjoyable stayover venue that I would recommend
Pros:

I have stayed here before and find the staff friendly and professional. The facilities are great and the location is perfect. All-in-all I enjoyed my two night business stay.

Cons:

We had issue with the DSTV and I could only watch free-to-air channels. When last were you subjected to watching SABC?

Disappointed.. Not worth my money.

The room is nice and pretty, seems clean. Wilfred is very friendly.

Cons:

I paid over R300 extra for breakfast because it says included on booking.com. But they don't do breakfast. They don't do any food and they don't even disclose this to you. The reason I chose them was because I needed to leave really early the next morning and they offered breakfast as it says onbooking.com and I even paid extra for that option. They only give you R150 back for the extra amount you paid... Also there was no free wifi!!! And no hot water at first but then they came at 23:00 at night to explain that you need to turn on all the taps in the unit at the same time to get hot water. That's such big wastage of water. Overall disappointed in my stay. I couldn't enjoy a shower and needed to leave without breakfast knowing I had a 6 hour trip ahead of me. Also nothing is open in Upington at 6-8 in the morning. Had I known the breakfast was a lie I would've made other plans but they don't even bother to communicate this with you!!
