Food quality was excellent. A la carte breakfast was great compared to a buffet. Free afternoon tea was also lovely.

Nous avons séjourner dans cette hôtel pour une nuit. Dès notre arriver l'accueil et le personnel était très agréable. Nous avons eu une boisson de bienvenue et un bracelet en cadeau. La chambre était très propre et la literie très confortable. Concernant le petit déjeuner il était copieux et très bon. Et pour le prix on était plus que ravie. En effet il y avait le petit déjeuner compris mais aussi un tea time offert avec des snack (thé, samossa, pizza). Nous recommandons cette hôtel à toute personne souhaitant passé un moment à Gili Trawangan.

Our stay at Quma Hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the beauty of the property and the incredible attention to detail throughout. Every decorative element has clearly been chosen with great care and taste, creating a stylish and harmonious atmosphere that feels both luxurious and welcoming.

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the excellent water pressure in the bathroom - a small detail that made a big difference. The refreshing towels provided at check-in had the most wonderful scent and were a lovely touch after travelling.

The breakfast selection was delicious, with plenty of fresh and high-quality options to choose from. We also loved the special promotions on lunches and drinks, which offered great value and encouraged us to spend more time enjoying the hotel facilities.

The swimming pool area was immaculate, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The hotel’s location is another huge advantage - close to the harbour, yet situated in a peaceful area with absolutely no noise, ensuring a restful and relaxing stay.

Quma Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of beautiful design, outstanding cleanliness, thoughtful details, excellent food, and a tranquil atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everything. Honestly it was the best place we stayed at across our entire bali trip. The staff, people, and location were amazing. It honestly exceeded our expectations and will definitely come back.

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in Indonesia! As we were staying there for 10 days, we’ve got a perfect chance to evaluate its benefits.

We like almost everything:
- location in a quite part of the island but very close to all necessary activities
- extremely helpful staff in the hotel and in the restaurant - always ready to help and react very quickly
- cleanness: excellent cleaning of room and territory, not a single insect was seen
- wonderful breakfasts - we’ve tried almost all options and all of them were perfect, just choose what you like most and enjoy
- excellent restaurant! We’re not big fans of burgers but that classic cheeseburger is so good! Four cheese pizza – mamma mia! Very fresh and delicate tuna – we’ve tried all options
- we found our bed comfortable, but of course it depends on the person
- it was very convenient to have 2 drying racks to place all our towels and swimsuits
- special thanks for a beach bag – very convenient

To take note of:
- Take earplugs - the mosque is not very close but sometimes it was a bit loud, maybe it depends on wind direction
- Wi-fi is quite weak in a room, outside is better. However, it wasn’t a problem for us as we’ve got books and local SIM card)

So we’re grateful to the owner and staff for our wonderful vacation and we will definitely come back!)
