El personal super atento y agradable. La comida del restaurante impresionante, todo riquisimo y con mucha variedad. Limpieza y orden 10 ptos. Recomiendo sin lugar a dudas, soñado!

Our stay at Quma was exceptional. The whole hotel is super clean and all of the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. The pool and pool bar are an added bonus, the hotel do happy hour and also offer small snacks in the afternoon which was a lovely touch. The hotel is in a good location in walking distance to everything but we used bikes the entire stay and locked them up right outside the hotel. Breakfast was great, a lot to choose from as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone going to gilly t!

Ein wirklich großartiger Aufenthalt! Das Quma Boutique Hotel – Adults Only ist der perfekte Ort, wenn man Ruhe und eine stilvolle Atmosphäre sucht.

Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein echtes Highlight – außergewöhnlich, kreativ und sehr hochwertig. Selten haben wir ein so extravagantes und liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück erlebt.

Die Lage ist hervorragend: zentral genug, um alles schnell zu erreichen, und gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig zum Entspannen.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Team. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr hochwertig mit leckeren kreativen Speisen.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Quma Boutique Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Eigentlich gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Wenn überhaupt, hätten wir uns gewünscht, noch länger bleiben zu können.

Pros:

Nothing to fault, it’s a magical place! From the hotel itself—with its magnificent pool where you can sit and eat at the swim-up bar 🙃—to the location, the staff, the rooms, and the amenities.

There’s even a diving school on-site, through which we spent a wonderful day doing an introductory dive.

El ambiente y el personal súper atento así como el porche de la habitación que da a la piscina es un gusto. Te ofrecen continuamente tapitas a lo largo del día lo cual es un lujo.también se agradece el gusto musical

Cons:

Quizá que algunos huéspedes maleducados hacían mucho ruido en la piscina y salpicaban a los porches de la habitación incluso se metían con más máscaras de bucear dentro lo cual no logré entender. Al ser un hotel Only adult uno espera un comportamiento más tranquilo.

Очень чистый, уютный и красивый отель. Хорошее расположение, близко до пляжа, на котором плавают черепахи. И до главной улицы тоже близко.
Очень вкусные завтраки.
Ужин нам не понравился, заказали 3 блюда по меню и ни одно не было вкусным, но цены были достаточно высоки, по сравнению с другими ресторанами.
Персонал внимательный и дружелюбный.
Нам все очень понравилось.

Amazing place to stay in Gili!
Pros:

We were treated so well at Quma! They surprised us with bed decorations for my partners birthday, they gave out free drinks and snacks if you were relaxing at the hotel during the day, the pool was amazing and swim up bar. The location is amazing too, it’s right next to turtle point, we booked a tour but realised we could’ve just walked to the beach and rented snorkelling masks right at the end of the road. The staff were really accommodating with cleaning times and really easy to reach on whatsapp!

Cons:

I wasn’t the biggest fan of the shower, it had no shower screen so everything in the bathroom would get wet and it’s quite a small space.

Pros:

Nos ha encantado la estancia. El hotel está muy bien situado y justo al lado hay facilidad para alquilar una moto. Todo estaba siempre muy limpio, cuidado y el personal fue muy atento en todo momento.

También utilizamos el servicio de lavandería y quedamos muy contentos. Nos gustaron mucho los pequeños detalles, como los snacks que ofrecían junto a la piscina sin necesidad de pedirlos, por ejemplo mini pizzas o fruta. Además, había mucha tranquilidad y todas las instalaciones estaban muy bien mantenidas.

Otro detalle que agradecimos mucho fue que dejaran una bolsa para llevar a la playa. El restaurante también fue de 10: la comida estaba muy buena y el servicio fue excelente y muy atento. Sin duda, un hotel totalmente recomendable.

Cons:

Como único aspecto a mejorar, la habitación tenía poca luz natural. Además, después de pasar bastante tiempo en la piscina, notamos un ligero tono verdoso en el pelo, las uñas y algunos bañadores claros, quizá debido al tratamiento del agua. En cualquier caso, fueron detalles puntuales que no afectaron a la buena experiencia general.

Eén van onze favoriete verblijven in Indonesië!
Pros:

Een fantastisch verblijf! Het personeel was echt heel gastvrij en gezellig, waardoor we graag in het verblijf waren. We hebben zelfs beiden ochtenden hier ontbeten en avond gegeten, omdat de mensen zo leuk waren en het eten heel lekker was. Er hangt een ontspannen sfeer en de kamer is schoon. Echt een aanrader!!
