Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ursprünglich hatten wir nur eine Übernachtung geplant, haben unseren Aufenthalt jedoch spontan um eine weitere Nacht verlängert.

Die angenehme Atmosphäre und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft haben wesentlich dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben.
Für die Verlängerung war ein Zimmerwechsel erforderlich. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt hierbei Tanita und Sofie an der Rezeption. Beide waren jederzeit äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und engagiert. Sie haben sich mit großer Professionalität und viel Herzlichkeit darum gekümmert, dass alles reibungslos verlief.
Auch unser Hund wurde sehr herzlich aufgenommen, was unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert hat.
Wir bedanken uns für den hervorragenden Service und die angenehme Zeit im Hotel.

Liberec is a great town. Imperial is just a hotel with great stuff.

Liberec is a great town. Imperial it's just a hotel, common areas (lobby, dinning are, pub, pizzeria, kids playgroud) are nice. Rooms could be less vinted.

Pros:

Pobyt v hotelu jsme si moc užili. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni s recepcí i celkovým přístupem personálu. Pokoj byl krásný, čistý a pohodlný, snídaně výborné. Kdykoliv jsme něco potřebovali, personál nám ochotně vyšel vstříc a se vším pomohl. Celkově skvělé služby a příjemná atmosféra. Hotel můžeme všem jen doporučit.
