Great stay and ideal location for some shops and restaurants
Pros:

Great staff and very helpful.
Facilities were fine. Restaurant was amazing!

Cons:

Reception tried to charge extra for 1 hour early check in but then waived the fee. We had come on an international flight and were very tired too.

Good
Pros:

Value for money

Cons:

Noise from 216 disturbed the whole night sleep. Either Sound proof door or shifting of service room would help.

The staff didn't even let me enter the room and we're rude when I told them about my booking.
They were looking weirdly at me and my partner. I had to leave ASAP to another hotel .
