Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit Terrasse und Zugang zu einem kleinen Privatgarten.
Gutes Frühstück entweder auf der Hotelterrasse oder im Garten.
Bequemes sehr großes Bett. Klimaanlage.
Pool mit Landschaftsblick. Insgesamt eine wunderschöne Anlage in einer idyllischen, ruhigen Umgebung. Der Strand Platja de Castell war nach einem 15 minütigen Spaziergang durch ein Naturschutzgebiet zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Bar im Haupthaus war im Juni nicht geöffnet.
Das Restaurant war nur abends geöffnet.
Das Sofa war zu weich, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

A beautiful peaceful getaway in total luxury
Pros:

The room was amazing. Spacious and airy, with a fabulous terrace, high ceilings and beautifully decorated.
The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We had ours out in the lovely garden courtyard.
The restaurant was fab; we had the set meal, which was excellent value. It was delicious, beautifully cooked and presented well.

Cons:

The bed was a tiny bit hard. Still, that wouldn't stop me from going back.

Tranquilidad, belleza y un desayuno espectacular

La Malcontenta es un lugar precioso, cuidado hasta el último detalle y decorado con un gusto exquisito. Lo que más nos encantó fue la tranquilidad del entorno y, sobre todo, la amabilidad y atención de todo el personal.

Mención especial merece el desayuno, espectacular y con productos de gran calidad, incluyendo platos preparados al momento y a la carta, como pancakes, tortilla y otras opciones. La piscina es también maravillosa y perfecta para relajarse.

Un alojamiento con muchísimo encanto, belleza y una atención excelente. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir.

However, the hotel feels quite outdated and would benefit from refurbishment. Communication with the reception staff was often difficult, making it harder than expected to arrange transportation or get assistance. The Wi-Fi did not work in our room throughout our stay, which was a significant inconvenience.

The pool area was frequently overcrowded and noisy, and although this affected the atmosphere, staff did not appear to intervene or manage the situation. In addition, the hotel’s location, while scenic, makes getting around without a car or taxi rather challenging.

Overall, it is an average hotel with a lovely natural setting and excellent beach access, but several operational and maintenance issues mean it does not currently offer the level of comfort or service expected for its price.

Disappointed and 5* hotel.
Pros:

Location and big Pool in the garden

Cons:

The service level not matching their claim of 5 stars boutique hotel. It is just an agroturism facility with need for maintenance. You don’t get an offer of a drink at the bar during a day or evening as the bar is empty and unmanned. The reception staff is also not supportive if you have some request. In general you get the feeling to be an intruder there. Additionally the room you get is not matching the pictures presenting the nicer rooms on the booking portal.
