接待人員親切，離熊本城跟上下通很近 ，走路都可到。接待人員都非常親切，房間乾淨，配合的停車場就在隔壁

大人二人、小学生三人で二部屋になりましたが隣同士で部屋もベッドも広く快適に過ごせました。立地も商店街裏手で歩いて2分にコンビニ、ドラッグストアがあり、5分〜10分程歩けば繁華街がありました。周りが繁華街ではないので夜は静かに過ごせました。熊本城にも近くて歩いてると夜はライトアップが見えました！出発前には水筒に氷もいれてもらえてとてもスタッフの方も快い対応してもらえました！

老舗のホテルですが、中の設備は清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。無料でDVDや安眠枕、その他美容器具の貸し出しがあります。
一階エレベーター乗り口に段差があり、つまづきました。同じようにつまづく人も見かけました。注意書きが必要かもしれませんね。
