Pros:

El hotel está a menos de 10 minutos a pie del templo de Abu Simbel, las instalaciones estan muy bien y lo mejor es el personal, personas súper agradables y acogedoras. También tienen restaurante y la comida está riquísima. Lo recomendamos 100%.

アブ・シンベル神殿まで徒歩5分という立地
昼夜朝と3回神殿に行きましたが、距離が近いので、無駄にタクシー代を消費する必要もなし
広い部屋で、エアコンの効きも良好
スタッフの応対も丁寧で、ディナーもこちらで食べさせて貰いました
食事の会計も明瞭で非常に良かったです
英語が拙い自分に対しては、翻訳アプリを使用するなどして、対応してくれました

Cons:

日本人からすると水回りは少し汚いですが、
エジプトでは綺麗な方でしょう

オーナーのタレクさんは素晴らしいサービスとおもてなしでで迎えてくれます。
アブシンベルのチケット売り場まで徒歩8分で着きます。
レストランでディナーを食べましたが鶏のタジンが本当に美味しくて感動しました。

Cons:

水回りはもう改善できたら満点です。下水道の匂いがするのと、お湯がでないのと、電気が暗いので、そこが改善したら100点満点のお宿になります。

Pros:

Location is perfect, just a 10 to 12 minutes walk to the Abu Simbel temple complex. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered some interesting local options, including the sound and light show and boat rides at sunrise and sunset. We took the sunset boat ride and got some interesting photographs of Abu Simbel seen from the water. The omelettes at breakfast were delicious and about the best that we have ever had! The bathroom facilities were very modern, including remarkable controls for the shower. Our room had a domed ceiling!

交通手配を含め全体として最悪の宿泊経験になりました。ホテルは1点、最低評価とさせていただきます。レストランの夕食でシェフにサービスしていただいたモロヘイヤスープは絶品でしたのでもう1点はシェフに捧げます。二度と宿泊することはないでしょう。
Pros:

ホテルの部屋自体は普通の清潔な安宿でした。ついたてがないのでバスルーム全体がびちゃびちゃになりますが熱いお湯がふんだんに出ます。スタッフの方々も普通に親切でした。レストランの料理はとても美味しかったです。

Cons:

問題が起こったのはチェックアウトの後です。アスワンのホテルまでのミニバン（？）を9-10時の間に出発で1人1000ポンド（約3000円）で予約したのですが、9:30過ぎに受付の方が言うには、車が私をピックアップせずに出発してしまったとのこと。1000ポンドは返金されました。ホテルスタッフがバス乗り場まで連れて行くので（トゥクトゥク50ポンドは自分で払う）、300ポンド（約900円）払ってローカルの乗り合いバスでアスワンまで行って欲しいと。アスワンのホテルで降ろしてくれるからと。バス乗り場でGoogle翻訳を使ってドライバーの人に聞いたところ、10人集まらないと発車しないと。2時間待って12時になったところで私を含め乗客はまだ5人。ドライバーが私に交渉を始め、15人集まらないと出発しない、2000ポンド払えば今すぐ出発すると。さっきは10人て言ってましたよねとGoogle翻訳で言っても会話は成立せず。弱々しい交渉の結果30ドル（約4800円）払って出発してもらうことになりました。バスの車内（どう考えても15人乗れない）は空調もなく、暑いし、狭いし、ガソリン臭いし、乗客の1人はタバコ吸ってるし。2時間余分に時間をかけたあげく、こんなものに30ドルも払ってしまったのかと思うと腹ただしく情けない気持ちになりました。アスワンのホテルの前で降ろしてはもらえました。本当に不愉快な気持ちでいっぱいです。

Semplicemente fantastico!
Pros:

Io e mia figlia siamo state trattate da regine! Il personale è stato gentilissimo, estremamente disponibile, ci siamo sentite a casa. Mia figlia voleva un gelato la sera e il proprietario ci ha accompagnato in centro e ce l’ha offerto. Parla italiano, spagnolo e inglese (e chissà quante altre lingue!) ci hanno dato del cibo per il nostro viaggio verso Assuan (organizzato tramite loro, con un autista molto professionale)
Si prendono cura dei loro clienti come se fossero famiglia
Li consiglio assolutamente!

La struttura è vicinissima al tempio (puoi andare a piedi, circa 800 metri) ma c’è anche un servizio di tuk tuk gratuito per raggiungere il tempio

Could not be more perfect for visiting Abu Simbel
Pros:

It is the perfect location to visit the Abu Simbel Temples. It is a 10-minute walk to the temple gates which means you can be first in line when they open at 6am.

It is far more comfortable to stay here the night before rather than getting up and driving in a bus from Aswan.

The hotel can organise tickets to Son et Lumiere for the evening before. And if you want to do a boat trip on the lake at dusk.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The decoration is funny and a bit idiosyncratic.

The hotel organised a minibus to pick us up to and from Aswan, which was efficient and very comfortable.

Cons:

If you like very luxurious 5 star hotels then this is not for you.

Struttura perfetta per abu simbel
Pros:

Struttura molto carina, avevamo prenotato una stanza ma una volta arrivati vi hanno proposto l'uso di una stanza piu grande e molto bella. Personale accogliente (credo a conduzione famigliare), ci hanno fatto trovare i biglietti per lo spettacolo al tramonto ai templi senza pagare un prezzo aggiuntivo.

Riprenoterei la stessa struttura dovessi tornare, sia per la gentilezza, per la vicinanza ai templi e al centro tutto raggiungibile a piedi
