Look for better options in Amman.
Pros:

Some staff is good. Location is good.

Cons:

Poor service. To get water bottles ordered at reception took 1.30 hours. No soap in bathrooms. After informing reception, nothing done.

Value for money wise it was good, otherwise it’s quite okay. Walls are thin and neighbors and corridors can be heard at
Pros:

Good location and relatively quiet area of Jordan.

Cons:

Couldn’t extend on booking via message or modify so had to do on site at a much higher price (without genius) discount.
Also staff was negligent in handling it despite mentioning it while checking in.
