Godt udvalg i morgenbuffeten. Dejligt med en pool. God beliggenhed.

Cons:

Personalet ved poolen var ikke alle imødekommende og venlige. De spurgte efter vores værelsesnummer og sagde, at poolen kun var for hotellets gæster - hvilket vi jo var - men åbenbart mistænkte de noget andet. De undskyldte heller ikke, selvom de havde lavet en fejl (dobbeltbetaling) for en drikkevarer.
Der var meget støjende og uroligt i morgenmadsrestauranten.

Pros:

God beliggenhed. Godt udvalg i morgenmadsbuffeten. Dejligt med en pool i sommervarmen (dog uden mulighed for/krav om brusebad før/efter). Der var rent på værelset, og rengøringspersonalet var søde.

Cons:

Dårlig akustik i morgenmadsrestauranten. Manglende varmt vand i bruseren. Ikke så venligt/opmærksomt/hjælpsomt personale ved pool og i morgenmadsrestauranten. Meget høje priser på drikkevarer ved pool (cola: 10 Euro). Få liggestole ved poolen.

Madame, Monsieur,
Je souhaite vous faire part de ma profonde déception concernant certains comportements auxquels nous avons été confrontés lors de notre séjour dans votre établissement.
Après avoir déjà passé une journée complète dans votre hôtel, une employée nous a soudainement barré la route alors que nous nous dirigions vers notre chambre. Elle a estimé, au vu de notre apparence, que nous ne pouvions pas être des clients de l'établissement et nous a demandé de prouver que nous y séjournions avant de nous laisser passer.
Une situation similaire s'est produite à la piscine. Une serveuse a refusé de nous laisser accéder à l'espace tant qu'elle n'avait pas vérifié que nous étions effectivement clients de l'hôtel. Pourtant, plusieurs autres personnes sont arrivées au même moment et nous avons été les seuls à devoir nous justifier.
Nous avons eu le sentiment d'être jugés sur notre apparence plutôt que traités comme n'importe quel autre client. Une telle attitude est particulièrement blessante et ne devrait pas avoir sa place dans un établissement de votre standing.
Ces incidents ont malheureusement fortement terni l'image très positive que nous avions de votre hôtel, mais également celle que nous nous faisions de la ville de Milan. Nous espérons sincèrement que ce retour sera pris en considération afin qu'aucun autre client n'ait à vivre une telle expérience.

Overall very nice, just few notes as I listed.
Pros:

Ambiance, front desk staff, breakfast

Cons:

Slow service, especcially on the pool side, pool was dirty, not enough day beds and can’t move them anywhere but there’s no SHADE on the hottest and sunniest days?
It makes it harder to enjoy the pool area since it’s not healthy to be under the sun for too long.

I loved the roof top pool and enjoyed those expensive drinks they offered!
Pros:

I really enjoyed the roof top bar and the pool. Also, the vibrant design of the whole hotel made the stay very cheerful. Breakfast was great!

Cons:

Roof top bar was a bit on the expensive side.

A mistake
Pros:

Nothing at all.

Cons:

Location .. architecture.. ridiculous design attempts.. glass hard edges .. loads of staff who performed no function.. cards .. all orange .. mixing with door keys .. lighting awful.. food dreadful at pool .. service dreadful at pool.. trying to be cool and anything but.
