Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right next to the MRT, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

We were also able to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which made our trip with a child much easier and more comfortable.

Great value for money and excellent quality. If we visit Bangkok again, we will definitely stay here!

Perfect except for the room aircon.
Pros:

Everything especially the friendly and pleasant staff throughout the hotel from reception to restaurant to housekeeping.

Cons:

The aircon in room needs servicing. Can smell the air is stale and probably filter needs to be cleaning. Aircon is a little noisy.
